Internode is the best
Even though they are really part of TPG now, they keep their original customer service, which is simply the best. Also, their value for money and technical support very good.

Long term customer but not happy
We have been a very loyal customer of Internode for a long time. But it's been very disappointing few weeks lately. We had ADSL connection up until a few weeks ago and our phone started playing - stopped working. Contacted the internode for the service and hasn't fixed so switched to NBN as we're told that will get a fast internet service and won't have problem with our phone connection. We have been trying to contact the internode about the issue and have wait on the line for minimum 30mins before talking to the tech support. Long term customer
These guys have always looked after me over the years with ADSL connection issues at my house prior to NBN and general trouble shooting.
Never had reason to change for over 15 years. I've always been happy with their support.
No drop outs here. I just tested 46.9 up and 18.2 down. On NBN Gold unlimited.
Still happy with Internode

Everything I could ever want or need, and more
I've been a happy and contented Internode customer for over 10 years. Their internet services are superb with excellent NBN plans and competitive pricing. Customer service is second to none with a positive and friendly attitude. Any problems I've had they have taken care of it in a professional and timely manner preventing me from any down time. Helpful, friendly, professional, everything I need in an ISP. If I could rate them with stars, I would give them 10 out of 10. An Australian company whom I cannot recommend high enough to anyone wanting the best.

Great service when it's needed
Support staff are knowledgable with a positive 'can do' approach to resolving any issues. Friendly and professional staff who provide great customer support. Usually quick response times and good follow up.

Perfect service in all areas
Perfect service, even when I had a problem (drop outs and slow internet) that was not Internode's fault, they helped till it was solved. A new modem was also supplied, that was thought to be faulty, which worked out was not faulty.

The NBN service from Internode is excellent. They have excellent customer service and local call centres. I recommend Internode to anyone. Don’t fall for cheap imitations. This company have great prices and great service.

Good customer service
Connection is very reliable, but slow at certain times.
Have had no issue with connection, but with my mail account.
The internode person, was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. After a very long and detailed conversation, he was able to provide the correct solution and the mail account is working again. He was courteous, extremely patient and I was really pleased with the service provided.

Internode NBN Rocks!
Internode provides a very reliable NBN service and their customer service is always excellent. Every time I have experienced external or internal issues with our NBN, Internode has resolved them in the first call.

Recently I was notified that I was about to use all of my data allowance for the month. I had upgraded to the next higher plan which has unlimited data, unfortunately this wasn't due to commence for another week. I rang Internode and they upgraded me the new plan immediately at no cost. That's great service.

Does all that I require at the moment
We have only experienced the occasional dropout, probably caused from a combination of inclement weather when everyone would have been inside, plus onset of school holidays when heaps of people would have been utilising the system.
When we had one small problem, the support staff at Internode were extremely courteous and helpful and assisted me to resolve the issue first up and everything is working fine now

It does was it says it is going to do!
Simple and straight forward set up process with reliable internet coverage. Had a couple of hiccups with data overuse as you are not automatically informed when you reach or exceed your data allowance. This has been resolved now by upgrading at minimal cost to the unlimited data plan. Important thing is service team are local and they deal with your inquiry in an efficient and friendly manner.

Could not ask for better
I have been online since about 1993, with several ISP's. Internode is by far the best and I am a completely satisfied customer. I think I've been with Internode for about 11 years. Connection excellent, and on the occasions I've called support they've been invariably helpful. Any problem I've had (new machines etc) has been solved. I am not getting paid for this review.

This ISP never disappoints
I'm with Internode for over a decade. I chose them because they were the most technologically advanced, for example - the first to offer IPv6 in Australia.
The many moves and technology transitions worked flawlessly. There were only few times I had to call Internode for support, and every time I had resolution at the first contact. The callback without losing place in the queue works.
I can sincerely recommend Internode.

Awesome customer service
I've had a seamless transition from ADSL2 (with another service provider) to NBN with Internode. I've had trouble free connection with no dropouts for months. One recent enquiry was sorted within 30 seconds. Highly recommend Internode

Four months and still no connection!
I used to recommend Internode to everyone; since being bought by TPG their service has become deplorable!
Their service attendants do not read the case notes and keep making the same miserable mistake week after week after week.
Our business moved premesis and we just wanted to relocate our service. Easy, right?

Awful Awful inconsistent performance
Wish i didn't sign up with Internode dreadful inconsistent performance from 5mbps to 38mbps nothing close to the paid for service speed.
and the PINGS omg the pings in the 100-250 to Sydney you'd better not be gaming on their service.
How hard is it to give people consistant pings..... I don't care about the download speed.
they have sunk a long way since being the gamer's choice ISP.
Don't be a fool like me and look elsewhere.

What a difference this plan has made
Well the new plan started at 42 and this morning 37, we had a plan of 20 before so it’s great, we always like internode for the past 20 years We enjoyed a great service, and yesterday again we waited just 10 minutes before we had a friendly talk about our options and you bend backwards to help us .
