My husband and I had an exceptional experience at the Annandale showroom. Carol listened carefully to our request and with her professionalism and knowledge led us to purchasing our first ever piece of King Living furniture! Carol made the daunting process of purchasing a lounge so much easier by providing us with ample time to become familiar with the lounge and all of it’s functions. Carol was down to earth and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back soon!

Visited the store on a Friday afternoon, and was very promptly attended to by Carol. Within 60 minutes we purchased a whole Jasper II setting after Carol helped us decide on configuration and suitability for our home...Thanks Carol! The store is easy to park at and navigate, and every time I visit I receive very attentive service. Carol in particular takes the time to thoroughly understand what we want, make suggestions and tailor our buy to suit our needs. We've made multiple purchases at the store over several years and cannot fault the service or quality of the products.

We came to the store on a Sunday evening about 15mins before closing time. We knew what we wanted and just wanted to see it in person and select a fabric. Carol helped us make the decision and was very informative. Explaining everything there was to caring for the sofa, which fabric was in season or trending along with how to maintain when there is a stain. She made the purchasing decision easy and she was efficient while working quickly given that the store was closing, she didn't sacrifice the time for effort in ensuring we were comfortable with our big purchase and know everything there is. Carol clearly knows her product. Didn't try to steer us to anything we were not interested in and gave us plenty of time to think along the way. Her advice was invaluable especially when it came time to pick fabrics for our lounge. Haven't received our lounge just yet but we're in no doubt that she helped us make the right decisions. Initial visit a week ago was disappointing, but went in yesterday and was served by Soo King. She was incredible, attentive without being oppressive, patient, researched and gave me all my options. The product is high quality and so comfortable. Couldn't have had a better experience with her. I'm really excited now to receive my new lounges.

I got a Delta 3 modular sofa from Kingliving, and its perfect. Indi who was the staff who helped me at the store, was so helpful and friendly. She was a former interior designer, so she picked the colour and material for me - and it looks so good! And Dean & Ahmed who were the delivery guys, fixed it all up and took out the garbage too. Best experience I've had. Thank you guys!!
