We purchased our lounges from the Annandale store with Irene, she was extremely helpful and spent time to go through all the different options. Delivery date was booked in and I was kept up to date via email and text message of the delivery time. Sam & Karl delivered and assembled the lounges and did an amazing job, very friendly, polite and hard working, checking with me along the way as to how I wanted lounges set up and positioned. This is my third time buying a King Furniture lounge, I really like the quality and diversity of the set up.

Purchased the Delta III at the Annandale showroom. I did some research before going to the store but Tallis was able to help me with the finer details. Tallis made it such an easy purchase. He was able to provide advice on material, colours, and really encouraged me to choose what I wanted to suit the space available in my apartment and my lifestyle.

Sam and Karl were brilliant, arriving on time and navigating my steep stairway with the two chairs, extremely friendly and polite.

I had done some research on a chair which interested me, and my husband and I visited the store to follow this up. We were assisted by Soo King, who provided us with all the information we needed, and then showed us other options. She gave us time to explore each chair, explained how the reclining worked, and left us alone to discuss between ourselves. In the end we decided to purchase two chairs, and were provided with samples to take home to check colours. We could not fault our experience at King Living, Soo made us feel that we were being cared for in a very professional manner, she answered all our questions, and she was very free with her time.

I was very happy with the service that Carlos provided. He arrived on time and provided honest opinion on options to address the repair on one item of furniture. He also provided handy advice on ongoing care for the furniture.

Second time purchase - process was more than seamless. Staff were helpful, product & delivery updates consistent. Delivery - Jimmy was fabulous, professional, assembled quickly, cleaned up and conversational. After purchasing furniture at other stores and receiving deliveries, King has never disappointed us, along with the quality of their products (which is second to none).

We received both personalised and knowledgeable assistance from Tallis. We visited the store 4 times before we made a decision and Tallis was patient and helpful. Easy to access and park at the store. Layout within the store is easy to negotiate and I appreciated being able to reconfigure and rearrange the modular sofas. We haven’t received our lounge at this stage.

Excellent customer service from Carol. We had already done our research and so we had an idea on what we wanted before making a decision. We found Carol to be informative and helpful without being pushy.

I was persuaded by my husband to go to King Living rather than other shops and I was so pleased we did. We were really wowed by their furniture. We got excellent, well-informed advice from Carol who knows her fabrics and her furniture back-to-front. So, service was 5 star, and we are excited about the sofa and chairs we have ordered.

Great service. Called the Annandale store, and spoke with Maria. Within 2 minutes I had purchased an additional two pocket side tables, to go with our lounges that were purchased last year. Maria even gave us the same price as we had from last year. Simple and easy. That is how service should be.

Beautiful showroom. Well laid out. The price threw me off to start with.

Talis approached us and was immediately engaging and showing his passion for the brand. He believes in the product and showed us why we should too. It was not long before we started to understand that quality is an investment and thats what King is. If we spend more now, its not really more in the long run.

We were extremely happy with the service we received in store and love our purchases. Our order was delivered by Sam and Antonio who had a very difficult task carrying boxes and other heavy items up two flights of stairs on a very hot day which they did graciously. Thank you!

We purchased the Strata from the Annandale store. Tallis was amazing!! He walked us through every couch in the showroom accommodating the needs and wants of our family and catering to the varying style and comfort of my husband and I. In the end my husband chose the Strata for the versatility of the seat and I chose the colour. We are so happy with our purchase, delivery came a week earlier than expected so overall very happy with our King Living experience.
