Our Jasper 2 was delivered this week and I'm very happy with our choice! I was apprehensive that the colour we went with (Mocha; viva leather) wouldn't complement our living room but I'm so pleased that it does!

We found exactly what we wanted, the salesman was eager to help us promptly with our sofa purchase, they were delivered on the due dates. The service was impeccable and the delivery was prompt as promised.

We visited the store and were helped by Malcolm, a lovely salesman who was helpful and not at all forceful. We weren't ready to buy that day, and when I called back Malcolm wasn't in, so Leila Fadaei helped us with our order. Leila was thorough and communicated well with us, and was a great help in us buying the couch of our dreams!

My elderly parents couldn't be happier with their purchase the staff at Castle Hill were very good but I must commend the delivery guys (Sam and Antonio) who were exceptional! They were very professional courteous and so accommodating to my parents they took their time to explain and show them how it all works (the recliner) and also moved two of their existing king sofas into another room and mum was ecstatic. Sometimes browsing online or looking around in the store by yourself may get you a right lounge but if you get to meet a person who has great knowledge of the lounges and who understands you're choices makes a done deal. In a long conversation with Leila Fadaei, we did not feel even once that she was trying to sale a product to us but we felt that she was more keen in assisting us getting the right furniture for our new home. She patiently spent time in getting the right configuration for our family room. Her advises were great and she helped us making selection that we are happy about.
