Jordan and Troy helped us nail the furniture for our new house. Jordan was incredibly patient with my many visits and Troy gave some fabulous design assistance.

I had Carlos and Joe pop out today to have a look at my King Cloud as the headrest is sitting slightly on an angle. They were both so persistent in making sure they fixed the issue. Carlos and Joe were also here to reupholster my Jasper lounge and they have done an amazing job! They are both super friendly and even offered me advice on cleaning, aftercare and maintenance. I would love to see both Carlos and Joe again for my next King Living service. I wish everyone had the service, care and dedication as Carlos and Joe. Thank you!

So happy with my purchases from King Living Castle Hill. Leila was exceptional! She had so much patience with me as I took my time to make the right choices for me. The store has a great variety of chairs, couches, fabrics, set ups and accessories. The ordering process was easy, it was made more simple with Malcolm helping us along the way. We cannot wait to receive our new couch.

Carlos is the most friendly person and excellent at his job. He arrived at the stated time and knew exactly what the problem was. He fixed the problem and showed us how to set and operate the controls. Definately an asset to King Living.

Looking for a new lounge to replace the existing one. We like the flexibility of King's modular designs so that we can reconfigure at a future date. Like the ability to add side tables etc

The King Living Castle Hill store is well laid out with a great range of product on display. It took us a while to decide what we wanted and each time we went into the store the person we dealt with, Leila Fadaei was excellent right through until we finally placed our order. Just had my king living bed bases delivered. Sam and Moe from King Living Deliveries were easy going and personable. Called prior to give an update on delivery time and were probably to the minute accurate. Bedroom was upstairs and i offered to help carry it up but they declined and got it up and in with no dramas.
The bed bases look good so far (still in protective covers) until we move in to our new place. All in all, smooth process from start to finish!

Leila ghaziaskar is the most pleasant person to deal with. My husband and I are new customers to king living and for the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. Leila tone of voice is so soft and relaxing, it allows you to think things through when making a decision and revise options.
She was fantastic. She continues to provide this service when I walk back into the store.
She never inpatient or Shows a lack of interest.
