Love my new King couch!
Just recently purchased my 2nd King Furniture couch. It was time to upgrade - needed a larger couch to accommodate the growing family :) After researching many options I was drawn back to King - loved their styles, quality products, flexibility of products and friendly service. All round great service.
I love my new couch as does everyone who sits on it. Would not hesitate to recommend King Furniture to anyone.

Delta lounges are fantastic
We bought a Delta S combo nearly two years ago, and really liked it. Now we have just taken delivery of a Delta Metro lounge,chaise and ottoman for our media room. We couldn't be happier. The storage is so very handy. You just whip off stuff under the seats when the doorbell rings! Just wish I could stop the cats clawing the furniture, they love it too!

Terrible quality, Warranty is a joke. Be careful when you think about buying from King Furniture.
I went to King Furniture as I thought they stood for quality and they are a big company that I can trust. How wrong I was! I end up getting a lemon by paying a premium price, and even worse is their after sales customer service who simply don’t care about their customers and taking their warranty as a joke.

told me that was a good deal as it was around $400 cheaper than the sales price for a brand new one. Of course I thought so too as the floor stock looked nothing wrong. It was a dark colour and I did notice the colour on the back cushions were different from the seats. I pointed this out to the sales person and she gave me the impression that it was due to the sofa being placed directly under the shop downlights and it was a reflection of the light. I didn’t check further and happily paid for the sofa. After it was delivered to my home all my family immediately noticed that the colour on all of the three cushions are different from the other part of the sofa. The colour was yellowish and looked like ten years old. I tried to convince me that it was caused by the dust and the fact that it stayed in the floor for long time and I could clean them later on. After some months and some effort to clean them I realized it was not because of it’s dirty, but a flaw of the fabric as the colour simply faded. I contacted the shop and the shop manager advised me to contact King Furniture customer service for help as it’s still new and under warranty. The terrible experience started from here. I called King Furniture after sales many times and after sending them over the photos as they required, no feedback came back. I called them again and again and finally a lady called [name removed] came back to me saying that because I purchased a floor stock so warranty does not work here and they could not do anything on this case. I was totally shocked when hearing that. I understand I have to take certain responsibilities when buying floor stock (and I will, such as if the item is dirty, or if there's any problem that they explicitly tell me before I buy) but the problem here is totally of a quality defect which I was not advised of and should be covered by warranty. If I follow King Furniture’s logic, any floor stock sold from their shop will come with no warranty as YOU ARE BUYING IT AS IS, no matter what nature of the problem is. Looking back, I realized the shop intentionally placed the item directly under the strong downlight to disguise the defect of the fabric so the customer won’t easily find it. I am extremely disappointed with King Furniture’s attitude towards the quality (and warranty) of their products. All they care is about how to get your money from your pocket and that’s end of the story. I will never buy anything from King Furniture as if I can’t get assurance for quality and reliable after sales customer service why would I pay the premium? And people, if you ever think like I did and believed King Furniture stood for quality and reliability, please think twice before you go there.

eir technician to come to my home to install the fabric.In general I was quite happy with the solution and especially thankful to one of their customer care person Stephen who did very well in terms of communication and followup during the whole process. Although I was very disappointed with their customer service at the first place (before the publish of the review) I was happy to see at least there's another layer of monitoring system in the company who are eventually listening to the end customers' problem. I only hope they can internally review and improve their after sales customer care system to get problem solved before people put it public. Bad ending
We purchased the Felix lounge after a couple of visits.
This was a huge investment for us $$$!
The day came for delivery and the delivery time was re-scheduled 3 times in one day. My afternoon was wasted and then my afternoon became unpleasant after numerous phone calls to get a time that they could commit to. COME ON.
I had to ring them on each occasion. It appeared I was not important enough to be kept up to speed on my delivery. This ruined the excitement of waiting for my new lounge and it ruined the after school activities for my children.

Great experience
I am delighted with my new King Cloud lounge suite. The sales staff were great and knew their products and took time to make sure we bought what suited our needs. The delivery was exactly as described and I am comfortably sitting on my new suite to write my review.
