We recently purchased our Concerto sofa from King, and I am so glad we did!!!. The sofa is so comfortable! My husband falls asleep on it almost every night and our children love to curl up and watch their favourite movies. The sofa comfortably fits all 4 family members and the quality is better than any other furniture in the market. I am so happy we decided to go with the Concerto. It is a high quality, well designed sofa all packaged up with the best customer experience I have ever received! The showroom staff were so kind and friendly and the delivery drivers took the upmost care. They even removed their shoes! So polite and efficient. We are now looking to purchase a dining table and I can’t wait!

We had an issue with our new Cloud lounge and had Mitch, a service rep come out to help. Amazing service!!! He certainly went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure everything was perfect and we knew how to benefit the most from our lounge. What a great guy to have as the face of King in customers homes.

Mitch came out to fix our lounge today, he was extremely helpful, he fixed the problem with the lounge and also went that extra mile, and updated the motors and wiring to bring us up to date with current version.

We purchased our King Cloud III in-store in May 2017 and found the staff extremely helpful. It was necessary for us to reschedule our delivery date a few times and the staff accommodated us as best they could.

The assembly of our lounge had to occur after the delivery and Brendan was amazing in helping us to organise for this to happen in the shortest possible time.

We purchased the Reo 2.5, Reo 3 and King Dream Sofa with a number of options installed.

We received all of the couches 1 week ahead of schedule and were regularly updated on manufacturers progress and delivery time.

The installation done by George R and Kane was the best we have experienced in 40 years. Very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly men. Their professionalism and handy cleaning tips with the hairspray and soapy water will be remembered.

We have a King Cloud 2 and had a few issues with one chair since purchase. Mitch was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He rectified the problem and checked all other chairs. He updated the systems and now they are working perfectly. Also took time to give us a refresh on how to operate the chairs correctly.
