Knowlegable and patient staff. This is a major purchase and staff very accommodating with lots of changes. Easy to configure as you want. Have purchased before and furniture if high quality and good service, that is why we returned.

January 10th 2022 Update: integrity

The store was easy to find and has an extensive range of comfortable products to choose from. After arranging our purchase we were contacted by email that there had been a calculation error in the pricing creating a slight overcharge on our account. The error was discovered by Zeinab Mahfoud who promptly issued a new sales order showing the reduced price.We must congratulate King Furniture on their honesty and integrity.

Love my new couch! Gerorge Melhem and his delivery team were so helpful in getting everything sorted quickly and easily.

Store spacious & good range of furniture. Purchased 2.5 seater Reo recliner, boulevard armchair & dining table & chairs. Zeinnab was very professional, helpful with fabric colour coordination, knowledge of product range & made the whole experience a pleasure

Store was well laid out, attentive and helpful staff member. Was disappointed at the addition of costs for every modification and the high price of small items like bed conversion brackets or a table... made what seemed an affordable sofa become extremely expensive

The sales assistant Zeinab Mahfiud from the Castle Hill store was very helpful and knew the product range very well. She offered suggestions on what I wanted, which was the Encore Bed. Very helpful explaining the mattress range and the features and benefits of it. I'll be a returning customer for sure!

The service by Leila so far has been great. She has been very helpful and very responsive. We have not received our lounge as yet.

spend a fortune on this beautiful piece and the cushions didnt come with the couches.
apparently they werent ordered and were 3 months away... moved into this brand new home and half a lounge .
Not happy at all.

Over the past month I've bought a number of items to furnish a new apartment. When I decided to buy my new furniture, I never really thought of King Living. Since I went into the Castle Hill store I felt that this is the place for me. If you want quality,well made furniture,this is the place. The staff were fantastic with Excellent service.

Mitchell was early, very efficient and very friendly when he can to fix our lounge. He was helpful and offered additional advice. Bit disappointed the expensive lounge needed a service call less than a year after purchase but the support has been great.

We have had our King Dream for over 6 years, and had Mitchell come to fix the mechanics of one of the reclining chairs - he went that extra mile and did all chairs with upgraded buttons, ensured everything worked and even recommended a way to replace the caps of our legs. Tonight, we feel we have got a "new" lounge again - thank you!

Purchased two units of REO 2.5 seater on 10/1/2018 at Castle Hill outlet and were delivered as promised on 14/3/2018.The sales rep Vinnie was very helpful and has shown high professionalism in handling our purchase.Seats were pricey but of good quality .There is a problem with the back rest not level when put to full upright. Although it was adjusted by their worker after a complaint was made, it still has the same problem but slightly better than before .Apart from that, seats are very comfortable as good as the Biz class in the aircraft！
