Absolutely fantastic experience at Chatswood store thanks to Jackie and Rina. They took their time to help me find the ideal furniture set up, and kept me closely updated of production delays. Extremely satisifed with the overall experience. Originally went in for a sofa, but ended up buying more than 10 pieces of furniture thanks to their excellent service.

delivery abd assembling guys are quite good, know what they do.

Our kingliving sofa was delivered this morning and it looks and feels amazing.
Our deliveries guys Sam and Karl were super friendly, moved the couch exactly where I wanted, and explained all of the components and configurations to me (and even took their shoes off when entering into our apartment). Our sales lady Jackie was also very helpful when we initially bought the sofa, and was very patient even after we changed our mind a few times as to colour and fabric. Overall amazing product and amazing service.

We had a terrific visit to King @ Chatswood today. Kristina was really helpful and spent a lot of time helping us determine what furniture suited our space, loaded our floor plan into their planner and we were able to place an order for a lounge, tv unit, chair, ottoman and rug with confidence that the size was right and the colour scheme would all work together. We very much appreciated the time taken to help us and the fact that we could mix and match items on the floor and get hands on with all the elements we were choosing.

The first time I was in the Chatswood store I was welcomed and asked if I needed help, I was then able to walk around and browse without being followed and helped when needed. I was given information and not pressured at all. Today when I went back in I was helped by Jackie. She was able to answer all my questions and helped me choose lounge coverings by helping match fabric I had brought in from another lounge. She was also very patient and showed me many fabric options for cushions.

From start to finish, Amanda at the Chatswood store was great to deal with. She gave us some great advice and was really helpful with personal product knowledge on things like wearability etc. She was also a great help with suggesting and choosing colour combinations. I was extremely pleased with the service and would come back again to buy from Amanda. I’d also send friends and family along given our experience.

Ordered my lounge from Chatswood late December - this is the third lounge i've had from Kingliving - and received it today. The delivery team, Sam and Karl, were great. They rang in advance and took great care in putting it together for me. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend staff at Kingliving.

King Living at Chatswood has excellent customer service. Staff members Kristina and Leanne were very helpful, informative and friendly. Buying our new leather couch from King was marvellous, exciting and fantastic.

After a stressful day looking for the right couch and having no luck Amanda from King Furniture Chatswood was a life saver. She was so helpful and went above and beyond in helping me find exactly what I was after. Nothing was too much trouble and I left incredibly happy with my purchase and the service Amanda provided. If I needed another couch I would head straight back!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Personal service was excellent and all options were explained in detail. The quality of the product was the main reason for purchasing. Look forward to receiving and enjoying for years to come.

Carlos arrived on time which was great for me it was very professional a very kind got the job done quickly without a mess and I'm very happy with the outcome and I get my lounge back

We had a small problem with our King Cloud 3 reclining sofa mechanism not long after we bought it. We contacted the King Living customer service team and they organized for Carlos to come see us. Carlos identified the difficulty and swapped out the entire base of the sofa. Outstanding attitude, outstanding (on time) service and a big smile to go with it!

Got it delivered today and it looks excellent. Sam and Karl from the delivery team were excellent. There no issues for them.. They moved things around and showing me some of the features of the sofa. Looking forward to using it.

What a FABULOUS experience. I went in to King Living, Chatswood with an ‘idea’ of what I was looking for, and with Pree’s assistance, patience and knowledge of all the options I ended up with a lounge room far exceeding my expectations. The store itself was well laid out to be able to look and feel ideas.
Pree was brilliant from the moment I walked in, and the various floor plan mock ups and sage advice were a great help to plan the space. Service and attention to detail is second to none! An absolute pleasure.

We wanted a sofa bed but soon found the selection process so simple and easy with Pree that we actually left with the sofa bed AND a new leather lounge!

I came in 3 times before I purchased my Delta III. Kristina was very attentive on and patient each time as I worked through what I wanted, particularly with my fabric choice. She gave me great advice along the way. I haven’t got the couch yet, but I enjoyed and appreciated the purchase experience.

The sales assistant, Mr. Jason Ma was helpful and was able to provide professional advice during my selection of a TV unit. After I placed the order for the product, he followed up closely on the delivery date and keep me informed of any changes. Working with Jason was a happy experience.

As for the TV unit, it fitted perfectly in my lounge and the colour matches well with my other furniture.
