I've just ordered my new sofa - took 3 visits to the store for me to make up my mind, Suzanne was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and had excellent advice. Strongly recommend. Now just the 2 month wait for arrival ... and fingers crossed for a win in the November promo too!

I have just ordered my new lounge which was quite a complicated affair due to strange shape room. Chelsea was amazing helping me to find the perfect arrangement. Now the excited wait for delivery

The delivery was exactly on time.
Sam & Antonion were fantastic assembling the lounge. Great attention to detail.
The product is also excellent. Great quality and extremely comfortable.
We made one mistake with the order though, but probably our fault!

King just went up a new level.... We had great store service Chatswood choosing our item with expert knowledge of products. Clear & precise communication of when delivery would occur... then delivery team of Sam & Antonio were nothing short of excellent. Overall a great experience King / Chatswood !

As there were some creases in the new leather furniture when delivered, we requested KingLiving to rectify. The response from the Chatswood store and KingDelivery was understanding and prompt. A service appointment was scheduled within a matter of days. Neil, the service technician, was very knowledgeable and experienced and did an excellent job in addressing the issues. A very positive after-sales experience.

Hardest part of our purchase was finding the right chair, but the store staff made the purchase easy and without being pushy. We had it delivered and Sam and co (didn't get second persons name) were great and very efficient. Thank you very much!

I have been looking for new furniture for a while and I decided to give King Furniture a go. The experience in store was great with lots of questions answered and plenty of trying furniture out. The process of ordering and then delivery was seamless. The contact centre were very helpful despite the first delivery date not being met as the furniture wasnt ready. The highlight was the delivery guys- Sam and Karl. They were delightful people and very respectful of my place. Nothing was a problem for them. I would highly recommend King Furniture.

The young lady I dealt with in customer service was the best customer service person I have ever dealt with. She was pleasant and helpful and sorted out my problem, everything was done with ease and a smile in her voice. I would definitely recommend Kingliving.

Sam & Antonio the delivery guys were fantasic . Very friendly & nothing was a bother for them . The lounge was delivered within the time frame I was given . They took all the rubbish away too

Carlos was experienced in knowing the prkblem and finding a fast solution Friendly service, tested all lounges, made sure that i was happy with service and showed me how to use the swipe which i was dling wrong all this time.

Great store with a good range of sample products and excellent customer service. We had a look around and decide to visit King for a new sofa, just to have a look and found what we were looking for.

Carlos was very polite and friendly, he acknowledged my concerns and explained how the gap could be rectified. He adjusted the backs and seats. He and assured me that with wear they would go. He made me feel happy again as it looked better and he restored my confidence in King. Employees such as Carlos are an asset to any company and your lucky to have him part of the King team.

Kristina greeted us almost immediately, covering a long list of questions we had for her. None were too much trouble for her and her level of knowledge was very much appreciated. She showed us various options and packages, all with a detailed demo too :) Highly recommend king living and Kristina !

Carlos arrived on time and was polite. His work was speedy and efficient. All was rectified - two items in 10 minutes. A good effort. He managed to work around two boisterous grandchildren.

See Wei was lovely. She took the time to show us all the product features and gave us confidence we were buying quality. She helped us navigate the show room and the mattress choice and the ordering process was simple and easy to follow. We won't have the bed until December but expect that with the delivery service they will help us get it inside and assembled.

Good location Nd easy to get to. No pressure from Salespeople. Overall quite easy to shop here, but with a limited range of furniture. The salesperson (See Wei) was invaluable with advice and assistance
