Great store with a good range of sample products and excellent customer service. We had a look around and decide to visit King for a new sofa, just to have a look and found what we were looking for.

Carlos was very polite and friendly, he acknowledged my concerns and explained how the gap could be rectified. He adjusted the backs and seats. He and assured me that with wear they would go. He made me feel happy again as it looked better and he restored my confidence in King. Employees such as Carlos are an asset to any company and your lucky to have him part of the King team.

Kristina greeted us almost immediately, covering a long list of questions we had for her. None were too much trouble for her and her level of knowledge was very much appreciated. She showed us various options and packages, all with a detailed demo too :) Highly recommend king living and Kristina !

Carlos arrived on time and was polite. His work was speedy and efficient. All was rectified - two items in 10 minutes. A good effort. He managed to work around two boisterous grandchildren.

See Wei was lovely. She took the time to show us all the product features and gave us confidence we were buying quality. She helped us navigate the show room and the mattress choice and the ordering process was simple and easy to follow. We won't have the bed until December but expect that with the delivery service they will help us get it inside and assembled.

Good location Nd easy to get to. No pressure from Salespeople. Overall quite easy to shop here, but with a limited range of furniture. The salesperson (See Wei) was invaluable with advice and assistance

I recently bought a Zaza sofa from King Furniture in Chatswood. The person assisting me was Pree Hiss. I have to say it is the best service I have had in a long, long time. I have had to change delivery instructions several times as I am moving house and Pree and King Furniture have been extremely obliging. We have had a great experience with King Living. From the service at the Chatswood Store right through to the Orders team and then great delivery from Dean and Nour. Our rug arrived yesterday and the delivery guys were punctual, courteous and extremely helpful with placing the rug and moving furniture. And the rug looks great too!

We received great customer service from Pree Hiss. Pree explained the product very well and assisted us with our purchase. Overall the experience was pleasant and we would shop here again

Sam and Antonio delivered our new beautiful sofa today. While the assembly proved a bit challenging the guys persevered and we worked together to get the job done. I am very grateful!

Our sales consultant Pree was so welcoming and informative and super helpful trying to recommend us the products based on our needs. You can tell the difference between king living and other furniture shops straight away when you walk in! I love that you can customize your sofa and you can change set ups yourself, giving a bit more flexibility with spaces and styles.
I was warned by a friend of mine: “if you walk in you won’t walk out without buying!” She was right! More expensive than other places but you leave the shop very satisfied knowing that you are paying for quality!
Cannot wait for my Jasper to arrive!!

Sam and Antonio by far are the most friendly, helpful, careful, tidy and courteous delivery men that I have encountered. Their delivery of a lounge today in the pouring rain could not have gone more smoothly. If you are having something delivered from King Furniture, make sure to ask for them. Thank you Sam and Antonio for a job well done, you definitely understand the meaning of 'service'.

The experience in store was great - but the delivery (in the rain) from Sam & Antonio was exceptional. From the polite phone call 30mins before delivery, to the extremely professional and clean nature of delivery and install. I'd have those boys deliver everything if I could.

Busy store but people very attentive, let us have time to discuss amongst ourselves to discuss options. Very knowledge and professional staff who had time to go through the product and options despite being very busy.

Kristina at your Chatswood store greeted us when we walked in and showed us to the lounges we were interested in. Kristina provided all the information we wanted and showed us some alternatives as well. Great customer service that resulted in a sale and looking forward to the delivery of our new lounge.

The delivery of our furniture was prompt we were contacted prior to them coming over. The furniture was already assembled when sent to us. Excellent service and friendly staff. Thank you

Very happy with the gentleman Carlos that came to my house today to fix my problem he fixed it quickly efficiently and I was very happy with the job that he did and it was great to see that someone does actually arrive on time

Really nice to find a couch where the cushions and covers are interchangeable. It just makes perfect sense. Amanda from Chatswood was professional in her approach and had tremendous product knowledge. Never any pressure and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
