Really nice to find a couch where the cushions and covers are interchangeable. It just makes perfect sense. Amanda from Chatswood was professional in her approach and had tremendous product knowledge. Never any pressure and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Our new lounge had a very small tear in the fabric. A technician visit was organised and Glenn showed up after a phone call confirming timing and arrangements. He dealt with the issue promptly offering an easy replacement to that one section of the lounge cover. Really appreciate the good service and support.

We have had a Jasper lounge for 12 years and moving into a larger home we needed a second lounge for a parents retreat. (We still use the Jasper lounge). King products are long lasting, very stylish and most important very comfortable. The service we received in store from Daiki was superb. Daiki was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us helping to choose colors and products. I would recommend the service and products from King.

I have been in KL Chatswood several times including 3 times in the last fortnight. I keep adding onto my orders and find every salesperson in this store to be outstanding. Real advice is given on fabric and colours and time is taken to ensure the correct choice. We haven't received our bed yet, but we have received excellent customer service from Suzzanah at Chatswood who was helpful, efficient and friendly. Her advice helped us to make a decision about products and her manner was very useful rather than 'pushy'. She phoned us to let us know that one of our items had been included in the Winter sale, which otherwise we wouldn't have seen. Most appreciated!
