The arm of our couch broke off and we have been waiting for 7 months for a replacement!!!!! 7 MONTHS! We have been in contact with them so many times - apology after apology, and nothing more. We paid $11,000 for this couch set and I have never felt more ripped off in my life. The quality of the couch is obviously pathetic. Please don’t waste your money and time on this company. You won’t get a quality product nor will you get the service you would expect.

We have yet to receive our beautiful new lounge room suite but have full confidence in how fantastic it will look and feel! We had brilliant customer service from Joseph and would go back to him any day. Many many thanks Joseph.

David Yu served me Saturday 9/11/19. He was a font of knowledge and gave excellent service. I purchased a Zara 3Deep2 along with extra cushions and a few more odds and ends. What I liked about David was his manner and he wasnt pushy. I found him honest in his appraisal of how and if different sofas suited my requirements.

From moment we walked into King furniture in Richmond we were greeted by Jaxson who helped us throughout the sales process. Jaxson was extremely knowledgable and provided us with all the information we needed to choose the right sofa for our family. It was nice to have sales people who were there to help and not try to push you into a purchase.
