My site supervisor Gary Howard handled all the above to make the building process non stressful. He was a wonderful link to me during construction. Workmanship was great & all post & during construction issues were handled efficiently and with satisfaction. Final costs did compare with my estimated costing. I Rate 5

We are very happy with all the people we have met & had dealings with so far.
Elliott did a good job getting our slab prepared & poured & then handed over to Max Wilson. Progress has proceeded without interruption. Frame, roof & brick work has now been completed & we are more than happy with the trades quality of work to date. Max's supervision & professionalism keeping us informed on progress has been very much appreciated.
We look forward to our home being completed in the new year.

Our build started in November with Max Wilson as our site supervisor. So far the construction has been moving along very well and Max has been excellent in keeping us informed as to where we are at by calling us on a weekly basis. The workmanship has been completed in a professional manner. We are very happy so far with Max and McDonald Jones Homes.

We have picked our bricks, and gone through the colour studio and just waiting on plans, but we have no complaints so far.
Everyone that has been part of our journey have been awesome and reassured us and given us great advice on all aspects of selections so far.
Looking forward to beginning the build phase and getting into our beautiful new home.

Firstly, we want to thank Vanessa Lynch for her friendliness and support throughout the pre-construction stage of our new home. We were always able to speak with her when needed, she was always very helpful. As for the construction of our home, big kudos to Adam Rademaker, we are so glad he was our supervisor, as he made the journey in building our new home stress free ( although I am quite sure Adam didn't always feel stress free). His communication with us was excellent, we always knew the stage the home was up to, and we thank him for that.
We are very happy living in our new home, and would recommend MacDonald Jones to our friends.

We haven't built yet, but we know have our final plans and are very excited to commence building in the near future. Our experience to date with Steve Briant and Melissa Barter at Mac Jones, Lochinvar, has been fantastic. Both Steve and Melissa have been helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They assisted with our "tweaks", and contacted us with all sort of information to help us plan our home. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the process so far. If the build is a seamless as the initial planning with Steve and Melissa, it will be a great experience!

Thank you Macdonld Jones the house you built is perfect thanks to the best building supervisor Cory Eaton and team the best builders you could ask for the house is perfect. It was very hard to fault the house for warranty work The house is perfect once we got to the building stage we were so happy Mal the salesman was all so fantastic people like Cory and Mal make MJH. Who they are not to for get the warranty team just so easy to deal with so professional people.

From accepting our Consolidated Tender through to Handover, our experience was incredible. Elliot our Slab Supervisor was faultless and Adam Rademaker was allocated to us as our Site Supervisor and was nothing short of incredible. Communication was brilliant. He never showed any frustration with us and nothing was too much trouble. The updates were consistent and always informative which gave us peace of mind. These men are a HUGE asset to MJH.

Thank you to Andrew Dimovski and his team at Homeworld Thornton! As first time home builders they made our pre-construction phase a dream. Having never built before, Andrew helped out enormously with The suggestions and advice he had. Nothing was ever a drama. Would definitely recommend Andrew if you are looking for your dream home!

Certainly can't fault the sales team at Thornton. Throughout our planning each member was professional, courteous and offered some great ideas. In particular Andrew Dimovski who was our sales consultant, and also Katrina and Tash, were also fantastic.
We had Marissa Hamling at Thornto MyChoice and from the first meeting understood and worked closely with me to achieve the look I was after as well as working within my budget. Peta Anderson for electrical and Sam Dorn just made the process easier.
We found these staff would go above and beyond and are an asset to MJH
Currently mid build and have been happy with communication and works provided by our slab supervisor Elliott, and building supervisers Billy Greentree and Todd Gardiner

Our build was very well managed, which I think was because we had an excellent site supervisor. There were a just a few mistakes/defects picked up here and there, but they were immediately addressed by our site supervisor. Having a site supervisor who paid close attention to detail, who addressed our concerns immediately and kept in touch regularly, was very reassuring. The final cost was close to the estimate we received from sales (base cost of house + $100k), but there are several things (floors etc) we are doing after handover.
