We can’t thank McDonald Jones enough for helping us recently to make a variation to our contract to accomodate a request from our bank. Both Phil Haigh and Nathan Klein responded so quickly and did everything they could do give us a positive outcome in this situation. Customer service has always exceeded our expectations which is a breath of fresh air when dealing with some companies in the property industry. They have definitely made our build experience a positive one and we would definitely recommend McDonald Jones those wanting to build their own home.

We looked at most of the display homes around and discussed our requirements with a number of representatives. MJH Design consultant Vincent Klein and his team ( Lynda and Bianca) at Baulkam Hills Home World helped us with our requirements. We signed the initial agreement with confidence and moved to the next stage.We have been given a proficient assistant with our enquires . Communication has been wonderful with Vince and team. We look forward further help during our construction Journey.

James Burton, the site supervisor, was unstinting in carefully supervising all the work to ensure the highest standard was reached. He was also true to his word in keeping informed as to what was happening on a weekly basis. Karla, our point of contact in the office, was friendly and efficient, ensuring any necessary changes were managed smoothly. The result is a very well built house. Any problems that were identified at the time of the last inspection were minor in nature and fixed very promptly.
We were also impressed with the staff in the Colour Studio. We were very helpfully guided through the process of choosing what we wanted, and at all times the costs were made clear.
We couldn't be happier with our new home.

The walkthroughs we have had for the exterior and interior selections were informative and exciting with a wide variety of inclusions it was hard to choose because there were so many amazing options.

Zero complaints from me with this experience so far.

Aimee was very factual and attentive all through the process even though there was lack of communication between another variation that was issued.She was very methodical in her discussions with us and answered all our queries.There was a delay in the contract documents being provided however that was not her fault, due to a IT glitch.

Katherine was very knowledgeable and made some excellent suggestions to help my wife and I complete our internal selections.
Very professional process with a wide range of choices. We were able to upgrade the cooktop and oven to models that were recommended by Choice.
We feel comfortable with our decisions and look forward to starting the construction process.

My husband John, and I have never built a new home before. We knew we made the right decision to drop the other 2 companies we were considering, and focus on McDonald Jones.

The moment we met Christine and Rick from the Anchorage display home at Medowie, we were greeted warmly. We couldn't have been looked after any better, with both Christine and Rick understanding the overwhelm of building for the first time. No question we asked was too difficult or mundane for either to answer. It was because of Christine and Rick that we signed on the dotted line.

To date, we have visited that location at least 5 times, and each time we visit to view the house, it's like we are visiting old friends.

Walking into our internal selections was pretty daunting at first. We made some decisions previously but knew there was a lot more to go. Our interior designer, Bronwyn, did an excellent job assisting us in these major decisions. She was knowledgeable, insightful and professional, and we valued her opinion highly. A very positive experience all round! We now have made all our internal choices and are very pleased. Thank you to all the girls at MyChoice studio!!

We had a great experience with our site supervisor Mark. Our house is almost done in less than 5 months. The team was quick and reliable, great workmanship, great customer service. We can’t wait for the key handover.

Rachelle was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Extremely helpful suggestions with selecting tiles, colours and assisting with our style. Rachelle definitely understood what we were after and kept us on budget with her on the spot quoting. Great advice saved us money in a few areas which allowed us to make some better upgrades which we are very happy about. Awesome!

We had a pre-tiling inspection yesterday and so far, the build has been so smooth. Our site supervisor, Bernie Refalo took us through the house and explained what had been done and what we should expect next. He was open and honest with a small quality issue we had, which he had organised to be immediately rectified. Bernie has managed the build perfectly - we are almost 6 weeks ahead of schedule and couldn't be happier with the product so far.

At our internal colour selection Interior designer Jodee, was very helpful in finalising our design selections and meticulously going through all details of the interior of our new home. Lee, also had some great input into the design of our butlers pantry. We very much appreciated the professionalism and great company of the staff.

I had a call letting me know the slab has started and it will be done with in the week, drove pass the block today and the concrete guys told me it will be poured tomorrow, they are moving so well and the site is clean which is great.
Courtney Murphy has been so helpful also, explains everything to you, she does a great job.
