I will have to say these guys provide the best service and take care of people who are first time buying property in the market. Everything went all smoothly from contract signing to finishing of build. They will not try to rip you off on price and always upfront on the cost. A good example is my site works costs, the estimate is for $11,000 but they added a provisional sum of $2600 just to make sure. We had an amazing supervisor (Wayne Pitcher) who was marvelous, and top tradesman that have worked on our home. (My husband is a bricklayer with 30years experience, and was very impressed with the bricklayers that worked on our house and their organization).

I am a first home builder and I don't know too much about building. I relied heavily on my sales consultant (Christine), pre-start consultant (Suzzane) and building supervisor (Marco).
