I bought a 2 seater and a 3 seater that was in stock but I preferred a coupe of the more expensive Aust made ones but they were going to take 6 to 8 weeks.
I want them for a display in a house I built to sell but again I would have preferred 1 or 2 of the Aust made ones but could not wait the 6 to 8 weeks.

Sales lady was very helpful. Range of products are varied and great. Satisfied with quality of most products. Customer care service extremely efficient, prompt and easy to deal with. Excellent!

Store is well laid out making it eady to move around. Staff were warm, friendly and patient. Good range of quality furniture that was delivered on time and easily assembled.

The range and quality is fantastic. Richard was so helpful, we are thrilled with our beautiful new chairs. The fact that you can choose every item - fabrics front and rear and legs means you can customize to your exact specifications, so many choices and SO cost effective - brilliant!

Have shopped at this store many times and have always been happy. I bought stools this time to match some I bought a few years ago. They matched perfectly. Service was great.

Very happy with the shopping experience at Oz Design Furniture - Castle Hill. The product purchased is of high quality. The payment/delivery service was excellent. The delivery drivers took very good care of our furniture and we very friendly.

The store layout was good not too cluttered. Lots of furnishing samples to choose from. Staff friendly and helpful. Certainly plenty of different styles and price points to choose from

The store is well set out for strolling around and seeing everything. There is a wide range of products and the table I purchased is very sturdy and the white painted finish was not marked. I had your men assemble the table when they delivered, so much easier than trying to assemble myself, and they took all the packaging away with them. The whole experience was painless.

Very helpful staff guided me through the store and were knowledgable about products without being pushy. Great amount of choice and products appear to be quality. Very satisfied with products and service.

I couldn't assemble the furniture - mainly due to my age. However, my son-in-law had no trouble in doing so. Sales staff were very helpful regarding options for style and colour of chairs.

Great variety in the store and was able to find all the pieces I was looking for. Service was great. All items shipped and arrived when expected with no issues. Love the quality for the price.

Store was good. Range of bookcases was great. Staff very helpful.
Only downside, when bookcase delivered it came in a large carton. The 2 delivery men did not offer to remove the bookcase from carton so I had to remove and look for somewhere to dispose of it. I live in a retirement village with limited access to garbage disposal.
The quality of the product is excellent

Customer service within the store was good, however there must've been either a big miscommunication or error in the system as I had explicitly booked delivery for the buffet to arrive the following Saturday (i.e., 6 days later) and double-checked the delivery date with store staff. I called up the Friday before I expected it as no-one contacted me and was told that it was actually booked in for the Saturday a week later (i.e., 13 days later). This was incredibly frustrating as plans were already made and half the reason behind the purchase (and 100% upfront payment) was the arrival of the buffet within a week. THe actually delivery team (when it did finally arrive) was great and friendly.

I enjoyed moving around the store and trying out options (chairs) and found 2 I liked. There were plenty of varieties to select one that suited me. Products were all high quality, as was the service. Once I had decided on the product, the salesperson explained the various options in that range, again providing excellent service.

My husband and I purchased a buffet, which Richard went above and beyond with his customer service.

I was a bit disappointed with the delivery, where the gentle brought the item inside but didn't bother to open the box to confirm which the item they delivered was correct and everything was fine.

The overall quality is excellent, except one of the door was jammed and stuck from opening.
We managed to fix it
