Store was set out well, received great customer service (especially from Richard). Furniture was wrapped securely - only one piece required partial assembly (legs on table which was easy). Quality in our furniture choice is beautiful.

Found buffet very easily. We wanted this one, as same timber as our Dining Table, Very satisfied with quality. Assemble was only minor so was easy.

Had a really great customer service person who handled all our enquiries and showed us exactly what we were after. Our items came fully assembled so no assembly was needed. The only thing we would have done differently was pay the Xtra to have the delivery guys take the rubbish away as the items were packed to perfection. No bumps, scratches or damage were going to get thru all the packaging

The manager enhanced the store experience with his knowledgeable guidance. The furniture we selected was the perfect fit for our room, as well as being very comfortable. There was a limited range of fabric available, but this was a restriction placed by the company who make the lounge, not Oz Design. We were able to tweak the area to suit our fabric selection. Delivery and assembly was a simple process.

I purchased the Bailey Chair from the Castle Hill store in Oct 2018. The in store customer service provided by Richard was outstanding. Unfortunately when the chair was delivered I discovered that the fabric used was a slightly different colour to the store sample. After contacting customer care the chair was taken back to the manufacturer and they replaced the fabric to match the in store sample. Casey from Customer care was very helpful and ensured my complaint was satisfactorily resolved.
The chair itself is very comfortable and looks great in my living room. I’m very happy with the final outcome despite the initial fabric issue.

We always enjoy shopping at OZ Design stores. We especially like the way the furniture is laid out in suggested room configurations making it easier to decide what to buy. The quality is always first rate. Our house has many OZ Design pieces and we are totally satisfied.

We visited the Oz Design store in Castle Hill, where we are very happy with our new table and chairs. The order was delivered to us in 6 weeks where we had a little issue with the colour of the chairs. I spoke to their customer service centre where I received exceptional service in liasing with me to come to the conclusion of replacing the chairs. The chairs where then delivered to us within 10 days while also taking the original chairs away with them. A huge thank you for your very professional customer service. :0)

I normally buy from Castle hills store and the purchasing process is great. The staff at the store are friendly and with great product knowledge.

I highly recommend OZ Design Furniture not only for their stylish products but for the customer experience in general.

I bought several items including chairs，tables and sofa. The sofa was damaged with a scar and the desk was covered with scratches.

First of all, when we ask shop staff about changing them，they shift responsibility to customer service.
And then the customer service just keep replying they are natural faults rather than their products issue.

Finally，I requested refunding these items and horribly they refused and stop replying me.

This is the most terrible furniture provider in Australia，so no more purchase from them next time.

Been in quite a few times, usually to buy accessories. The guys in there have been so helpful even they help me to my car with my purchases, i have read other reviews, but felt the need to write as my local Oz Design store always interesting, beautifully displayed and welcoming.

Great experience, the first stop for us when we want to buy our next sofa.

I bought 6 dining chairs from Oz Design Castle Hill. The leg of one of them broke when it fell over - it is clear there was a weakness in the wood. They are claiming it is misuse and will not refund or replace. When I looked at the remaining chairs, 3 others are showing signs of weakness. They will only replace one because the crack is visible. I have taken my case to Fair Trading. I will never purchase from them again. I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought from them.

Absolutely terrible customer service, I have never experienced such poor customer service ever, the staff member [name removed] who I dealt with on the phone was rude, obnoxious and unprofessional, no communication skills what so ever, you wouldn't have thought I had just spent $1000 on their products, whilst delivering the product the delivery guys caused damaged from forcing the furniture through the door, I photographed the damage and sent to the customer service team the very next day, I was called a liar, argued with and hung up on, absolutely terrible behaviour, take your money else where and avoid this company.

Some minor damage happened to the door frame during delivery and they refused to do anything about. [name removed] in customer service is rude, accused me of lying and then hung up when I asked to speak with her manager. Avoid at all costs!

I bought a sofa from Oz Design at Castle Hill, Sydney. I was told 6 to 8 weeks till delivery. It came in 6 weeks. I was outside the free delivery area so I had to pay for delivery. When my sofa arrived it was the man who had served me in the store who was delivering my sofa! He had chosen to deliver to save me some money as he thought the quotes they had received for delivery were too high. I could not have had better service.
I love the sofa. It is exactly as I ordered it.

Do not shop at oz dezign! They do not deliver with their promises! We were told our couch would arrive in 6-8 weeks - it has now been 15 weeks and we are still waiting! They continually mislead by putting the delivery date back 1 week at a time stating 1 feeble excuse after another. There is no one to deal with my complaints and I just get shuffled from head office to store and back with no one taking responsibility. I would love to escalate my complaints but there is no one to talk to!
