Rebecca a customer care representative from Oz Design Furniture office was prompt, courteous and helpful with a repair of our Willow chair. It was a pleasure for us to deal with Rebecca and she was amazing with her level of service and communication. Even though the solution was not fixed on the first try, Rebecca continued to support us until it was. This is a company that looks after its customers post purchase and Rebecca is a delight to deal with.

Store is well laid out, large range of products displayed and easy to navigate. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent service. Very satisfied with the item we purchased. Delivery was exceptional - professional and polite.

We ordered 2 chairs from the manager Fiona and agreed with her to get 2 matching ones from Sydney. Instead she sent us mismatched floor stock and 1 from sydney.

Finding the product in store was reasonably easy and the range covered the type of items what we were looking for. Slightly disappointed with the delivered product finish. Assembly was not required.

After modifying fabric and colour, the Ashton 2 seater with chaise looks perfect. Comfortable, high quality product and helpful staff. Would have preferred it came pre-coated with the fabric guard.

Given misinformation about availability and delivery. Expecting delivery following week but had to wait longer. Reasons given for this were not in line with commitment to customers and customer service.
Had purchased other furniture recently and purchases were unpacked for us and packaging removed. We were left in this instance to desk with this ourselves.

-easy with lots of floor stock. A wide range of furniture options. The range of products was good. I had been looking for classic furniture for a Queenslander but found a functional option even though it didn’t quite look like I had wanted.
The quality was excellent.

I saw my single seater leather lounge chair in the most amazing soft leather and it felt like I was sitting in a big beautiful handbag! I have never owned a piece of furniture that I consider so beautiful. It holds a special place in my lounge room as 'Mum's Chair' and nobody else is allowed on it.
Staff were not pushy at all but very knowledgeable and helpful and allowed me to hold the couch with a deposit until I had moved house about three weeks later.

Very happy with the item chosen, both quality and colour, and the support from the staff. We were notified of the availability within the projected timeframe and the pickup was easy as was the assembly.

I was able to walk in, find what I wanted, the sales staff were very helpful and were able to answer my questions, quick and easy delivery...the whole process was painless!
