the chair was for my daughter for her birthday and she was happy with the comfort it provided. Assembly wasn't a problem.

Store was very well presented, good range of products, staff were very helpful with information.
Had to travel home to measure up and check buffet would fit, so rang the next day and staff were very helpful with the order.

We purchased two recliner chairs, with assistance from a friendly staff member. It was only a short time & the chairs, in boxes, were picked up from the store, easy to follow assembly instructions, & fitted into our small lounge nicely.

Not really easy to assemble as several of the screws were quite diffucult to line up.
Every thing else was very pleasant. The shop assistants were very polite and helpful, the range of products was extensive, the shop was a pleasure to brouse throigh.

Both the staff members offered advice and assisted in the choice. The table and bench was delivered as promised and on time fully assembled. The overall effect in our family room is stunning.

My husband is very particular about the quality of the wood used and the workmanship of joins and drawers. OZ designs ticked both our boxes as I was wowed by the colours and design of the furniture chosen.

The store was nicely laid out with great decorating ideas. We were shopping for lounges and had many styles to choose from and countless options such as fabric, colour, arm style etc.

I'd been looking for some time for a storage piece for our bedroom, but without any luck. Then I decided on a whim, to take a look at Oz Design. Well how easy did this turn out to be! Great staff who made me look outside the square, and I had the perfect piece to solve my storage problem. No assembly required, a keen price, and helpful service - my husband and I are thrilled!

The staff were very helpful,even when I decided to change the chairs to the dining table we ordered. The quality of our dining suite is excellent. The table came RTA but the delivery guys put in together for us. One of the chairs was damaged, rang the staff and a staff member brought a new one to us the very next day. You can't ask for better service than that. Very impressed with staff and service, certainly will shop there in the future.

We purchased two lounge chairs and a console. The console finish was not what we expected. I quickly contacted the online customer service and I found them to be absolutely professional. Our console was exchanged for a new one in a very short amount of time. We really appreciate how well this was all handled . Thankyou.

Great selection of beautiful, solid, simplistic and stylish furniture with elegant lines, loved that Australian timber was used and manufactured in Australia where possible. Would love to see more bed selections.
