I am absolutely delighted with my Hampton collection in my dining room. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at DFO Essendon. They didnt have the piece I wanted but rang interstate and got it sent down from Sydney. The delivery guys were wonderful. Delivery window of 2 hours and the arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule. All pieces safely packaged up so no damage. The furniture in nicer than I expect. So so happy.

The store had a large variety to choose from. It was well set out. I had to assemble one piece and it was easy to do so. The furniture pieces were of very good quality.

I purchased a custom couch they sales girl was so helpful and patient with us. And I got exactly what I asked for. The quality is excellent and comfy. I also was given a great discount without asking definitely would recommend

Assembly was super easy!! The range was great and that I could get matching TV unit and dining table. No complains whatsoever. The store workers were so helpful and friendly

It was pretty easy to find things in the store and mix and match between the different things i wanted. I was pretty satisfied with the different variety of furniture there was to choose from. The quality of the products were also hectic and i was very pleased with them. I highly recommend oz design.

My experience with buying the Bailey Chair was the best. Sales agent Angela was exceptionally helpful with coordinating colours and material with me. Another great thing it was Australian made. Also on pick up lady in despatch was terrific trying to help us fit it in the car.

The staff at the store were extremely friendly and helpful. The range of products was good. Very happy with the purchase. I don’t have a partner so I found it extremely difficult to unpack and put the suite together. I would suggest you offer unpacking and assembling for a small charge

We were actually on the hunt for a decent sized 3 seater chair which is at reasonable price and came across one at the OZ Essendon showroom. And we instantly fell in love with it ;) All the staff were very helpful from choosing the type of fabric, foam and colours for the base. Will definitely consider coming back to purchase a couple more furniture for our new home ;)

First off, making the order in store was so easy.
The staff member helped us design our custom order, and was more than flexible with payment terms and modifications. I felt informed and supported through the whole process.
The item was delivered on-time and professionally, and the delivery personal were polite and arrived exactly when they said they would.
The product is exactly what we had hoped for, made to order to exactly fit the location we wanted for it. The build quality is absolutely phenomenal, I cannot find a single point where better craftsmanship could've been done. This is our new favourite piece of furniture and we are absolutely chuffed with the whole process!
Will be recommending OzDesign to friends and family for sure!

Customer service could have been a bit better as I was told the item was out of stock I had to hunt around for it from other suppliers to then find out that they had the item at their other store!

There is a great variety and the staff were so ready to help and I was so happy to get what I felt suited my lounge and I was so glad that I did not have to assemble the furniture myself.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and easy to deal with. Table was a little pricey but well worth it and is an excellent buy. Will definitely shop here again!!
