The store was full of product, however seamless in getting around. The range of product was excellent. We are reasonably satisfied, some of the chairs we purchased arrived in less than optimal condition.

I went into the store to find a couch and the sales assistant, Olivia, was absolutely amazing. She helped me find the perfect couch and was incredibly helpful and patient in answering all my questions. Couldn’t be happier with the experience and the couch was made and delivered in less than two weeks. What a bonus!

Perfectly presented store, helpful and friendly staff available to answer questions and update us on current promotions. The products we purchased were mostly in stock and what we couldn’t take on the day we had by the end of the same week ( a big win from me as I’m inpatient) furniture is great quality and the little assembly required.

It was easy to navigate the store and the furniture. Range of products are good, Not many options but quality of product is good, but I am not very happy with the quality of my buffet, but I am happy with customer service.

Having ordered our couch, entertainment unit, dining tables and chairs from Oz Design we were really happy with the staff in their Essendon store. One of our dining chairs arrived damaged however this was quickly resolved (thanks to Nazy). Highly recommend OzDesign in terms of customer service.

Prompt and friendly, Oz Design sorted out my concerns and connected me with the Australian manufacturer of my couch. They promptly came out and check the couch, confirmed the seats had sagged and within 24 hours of that visit I had new foam cushions - It pays to buy from local manufacturers.

Had to wait an extra week for delivery and wasn’t notified which was annoying, however after I rang, the service was very good.

Found the store a little cluttered but there was a large range of products (we were after a couch). Found the couch we wanted and still can’t believe all of the fabric options available. There were hundreds. Sales assistant was very helpful. So far we absolutely love our couch. It’s incredibly comfortable and the fabric protection was easy to apply. We also even up buying a rug that was next to the couch as we loved it so much. We had issues with the rug not being stocked so they gave us a larger size for the same price. It arrived damaged but oz design rectified this in a timely manner and delivered a new one. The couch was also delivered very quickly. Thank you oz design. We will definitely be shopping there again.

After looking through many stores we rightly settled on ozdesign, the table and chairs comfortable and excellent design, very satisfied with the product design and quality the table was a little difficult because of the weight but the quality certainly shone through

Made purchases In store, purchase process efficient and arrived within a week, had styles that we wanted. Very happy with purchases. staff pleasant and helpful.

We purchased the Linda dining chair which is made to order with any selection of fabric - we chose a geometric print. All 12 chairs have perfect alignment of pattern so that they look perfectly lined up across the design.
