Seen furniture advertised in magazine. Display piece in store, ordered and arrived promptly 2 days earlier than stated. Staff great and offered further discount on purchase. Could not be more happy with process.

Excellent dealing all the way around from purchase to delivery. Considering we live faraway...it was so easy for them to keep the communication levels up. Much appreciated. Would certainly recommend them in the future.

I don’t think I will order furniture from OZ Design again. Didn’t appreciate the two month wait for the delivery of my furniture ( four pieces) then to have my furniture to be delivered at 6.30am in the morning. Tried to arrange a later time, but was told it meant I needed to wait another two weeks should I arrange for a more reasonable time of the day. Then what was even more disappointing spending three hours, removing the furniture out of the very large cardboard boxes and all the additional packaging off the furniture. Once all removed we needed work out a way to discard all the large cardboard boxes, foam and plastic packaging, what a joke !!
Never again OZ Design .

I checked online for the couch I wanted; called the shop and spoke to a sales assistant who was really helpful. I was in the shop until after closing time but was able to pick my couch with no rush.
Delivery was quick and efficient and the couch is awesome!

Customer service was good. The chairs arrived ahead of the time scheduled and messaging system worked well. They are very comfortable and consistent with our experience of trying them in store.

From walking in the store we received friendly and helpful service and support. We ordered two items both thankfully in stock. Delivery experience also great. Will be back again as they lovely range of items.

Found a great one-of-a-kind piece and wanted to purchase the one on display. The younger staff member told us the display pieces are not for sale and we would have to order from the warehouse, even though the product description states each item is vastly different from each other. She kept arguing with us and saying it would be exactly the same, then left to talk to another customer. We almost left but then found a more experienced staff member who confirmed they ALWAYS sell the display of that particular item if the customer wants due to the uniqueness of each piece.

With the wonderful help of Jasmine, my wife and I were able to find and choose a new table, chairs and bench seat. The quality of the furniture was fully explained and we are extremely happy with the whole experience of shopping at this store.

We bought Cristo bar stools from there. Good product, however the plastic base under the legs are slippery on wooden floor. Very happy with the helpful customer service. The range of products was also decent.

The store was well set out and presented. Lots of good quality furniture. Bought a gorgeous 3 seater sofa for our new place. Arrived quickly and Was easy to assemble.

The staff were very helpful from ordering through to delivery. Everything was as promised and delivered within the estimated time frame. We are very happy with our new dining setting. Thank you OZ Design!

Allowed to browse at will; when I looked for someone to give me more information, there she was. Very, very well executed by a lady who knows customer service backwards. She is a great asset to you.

We bought Hampton buffet. First call was Oz Design Essendon. Went to four other places. Being a hard task master Oz Design won on product and service. Delivery and price for us was the added extras. Before making final decision we went back twice. We never felt pressured to buy but always being offered help with product info. Staff were knowledgeable and patient. Other businesses were impatient if you weren't buying that day, and had little product knowledge.gave quotes that they went back on, saying they forgot to add on this and that when we ran back to place order.
So for a totally positive shopping experience start at Oz Design. The others don't come close.
