I didn't need the chair for 10 weeks so the warehouse kept it for me. Well appreciated. The chair is exactly what we wanted and was very easy to assemble.

First impression when we walked in store was customer service friendly and very knowledgeable. There were plenty of variety stock available and staffs were quick to help us with any questions we had.

Great service! Ordered a Ash Couch and the staff arranged a quick custom make and delivery within 10days just in time for the arrival of our new bub. Couch looks great in our new home and is super comfy!

- Hard to fault anything. As with any rug it is large and heavy, we picked it up in our own station wagon and it was fine.

I was happy to find this buffet and I considered other cabinets from the same company. I went home to measure the space. The next day, I returned and I appreciated the care of the staff member who spent time with me discussing my options. The delivery staff were quick and set it in place for me.

Alana is absolutely outstanding! Helpful and very efficient with the product knowledge which I value the most. The store has a great lightning and welcoming appeal. However, was disappointing to see yesterday the out Wilton Console went from RRP799 to RRP499 two days after we picked it up from the store. Would be nice to receive a voucher towards next purchase.

Great service, lots of items to choose from, excellent friendly staff. Im very happy with the dining table and chairs we purchased. Very good quality. Didnt have to wait long for delivery. Only negative was having to put it together ourselves, which wasnt too hard, but we were then left with all the boxes to get rid of.

Fabulous service from Angela at the Essendon store and a great selection of lovely homewares that work well together. Great communication about my order, with no hassles. A pleasant shopping experience.

I would recommend this store to friends who are living out that way. It was too far for us - we were just looking but the Olivia was that helpful we couldn't say no to her. Appreciated her help. We have OZ design store only 5mins down the road from us, Fountain Gate Narre Warren but bought at Essendon. A big thank you to Olivia.

We called into the Essendon store after having measured up shelves seen at the Richmond store. The staff were the right blend of helpful whilst giving us space to discuss the shelves and other items. We paid for the shelves on the day and arranged delivery which was slightly delayed due to the Easter and Anzac holidays.

A couple of days after our visit, I phoned the store to order a nest of tables seen in the visit. This purchase was added to the original order with no trouble.

The delivery went well despite the guys having to go up about 14 steps. When unwrapped, all the items were in perfect condition, so we are very happy customers. I would definitely recommend the Essendon store based on our experience.

Our recent experience with your Essendon store at DFO was terrible. Your staff are more interested in the sales than customer service, which that it lacks of.

You need to review your staff training and determine what your main focus is.

We have been and will not be recommending you to friends, family or industry personnel in the future.

Amazing high quality furniture and great customer service experience!! Oz design has very unique pieces of furniture that you don't find anywhere. I just love my dinning table and dining chairs that I bought from them !!
