We bought a 3 seater Brighton sofa a few years ago at Alexandria. We are so happy with it that we we went back today to buy two single arm chairs to complete the set. The manager Robert at the store was extremely helpful! We are delighted with our overall experience.

First time purchasing with Plush at the Alexandria store. We purchased through Robert, who was very helpful.
He explained everything to us And was very informative and then gave us time to browse. We now have a sofa on the way and can’t wait for it to arrive!

went to the alexandria plush store a week ago annd was served by molly what a lovely lady i was impressed with her kindness and she knows her products went back today and purchased a lounge and i was so pleased molly was there again to help with the exact same service as we got last week & now to wait for my lounge cant wait thank you Molly

Spacious and clean store, furniture nicely presented. Range of products satisfying - different size lounge suites to cater for different size people. Quality 10/10 with options to swap fabrics/leathers to suit.

I came to the Alexandria store specifically to purchase a new sofa with the Carlton in mind. After sitting in multiple chairs and reclining in many more, I went back to the Carlton as my go to purchase. Josh arrived and answered one simple question I had - "what if I want that sofa but with a single chair in the middle section, the answer was simply "no problem you can have whatever modules you like" SOLD. Fabric v Leather, warranties etc covered off and I left the store extremely satisfied. Thanks.

I went into plush wanting to look at 3 sofas, but I had one that really had already had my heart.
Josh asked us within 2 minutes if we needed help
Josh took us to see 2 of the lounges I had seen online, but the one I wanted was there in a 3 seater Santa Monica petite, we talked fabric and due to I have a pet we got the more suitable fabric, these are low sofas but Josh said I could get the high rise legs, which made it perfect for me.
So today I have ordered the 2 seater and ottoman for my apartment, and I cannot wait for it to come .
Only down side is delivery time.

I visited the Alexandria store today and purchased a sofa. I purchased a sofa from Plush about 9 years ago and it is still in perfect condition but I am having to downsize and get a smaller sofa. Because I was so impressed with the quality of Plush sofas I decided to go back. I dealt with the manager of the store, Robert. The store was really well set out and it was easy to see all the stock that was available and to sit in the sofas that interested me. I found Robert to be extremely helpful. The quality of the sofas is excellent and I would happily recommend Plush sofas and the Alexandria store to anybody. The products and the service are excellent

Wasn't really looking for a lounge that day however walked into the store and saw a perfect 2.5 seat sofa, uber comfortable with electric recliners and USB ... alway stumbling to find a phone charger . Josh was so helpful with measurements and service. Bought sold and cant wait to receive the sofa

The store manager Rob remembered us from when we bouggt our first lounge 4 years ago which is still in great condition. The service was grwat and we were very satisfied.
