When I first went in to the crossroads store, Lara discussed my needs and then showed me some options of sofas and fabrics. I was unsure of sizing, so, Lara suggested I go home with the brochures and dimensions and lay out towels so I could visually see the space. Brilliant idea! When I’d been able to see the “sofa” in my space, I was able to make an informed decision and I went back to the store hoping to see Lara. Lara was there (yay!) and needless to say, she was still as helpful as my first visit and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Lara to anyone looking at purchasing a sofa. Her knowledge and kindness was second to none.

We purchased a new lounge with the amazing help of Lara. We’d previously been in the store weeks earlier. She remembered us and new already what we we after. She spent a lot of time with us personally walking through different designs, colours and leather types. It was a pleasure

The number one outstanding draw card in visiting Plush store Crossroads was Lara's customer service. She was patient and very informative, knew the product range and double checked leg colours and swatches plus costs for me to ensure I ordered the correct colours. I did not buy on the day but returned and Lara remembered me. Well, I think that is just great! The Showroom was well styled and laid out. Range of products and colours available were impeccable. Could not ask for more. If the quality of the chair I ordered is as displayed I will be very satisfied once delivered.

She was there to help when we needed but wasn't pushy nor awkwardly lingering (which often happens at furniture shops).

Jimi and the rest of the team at Cross Roads were very helpful and patient with us while we decided which lounge to go with. Jimi answered all of our questions and took the time to help us make our decision.

Our consultant Lara at casula crossroads was really friendly and very helpful. She gave us the space to browse first, and was really professional. We chose our lounge and asked for the specs on the Magnum modula. We were very happy with the price and payment options. We took out the insurance which we find a fantastic offer. We understand the wait time 10-12 weeks which suited us fine. Now we are just waiting in excitement for our delivery...yay!

I dont usually write reviews but I felt I had to share my amazing experience.
The staff were so friendly, helpful and clearly knew what they were talking about.
They guided me every step of the way and I felt like they actually cared about making the right choice for my home rather than just 'another sale'!
Amazing service, I have already recommended them to family and friends AND will shop there again in the very near future!
