We purchased a modular couch ( not cheap ) & after a few months part collapsed ( we are average weight people ) it actually hurts your back to sit on. Several visits from technicians they then lost our job, more than a year now still waiting after they were very reluctant to replace we agreed a repair, three months later still waiting. I would advise the adverts & warranty claims mean nothing. This was really sad after good shop service & a great looking piece of furniture.

We had been to a few stores looking at lounges and no one seemed interested in helping us. We went into plush and straight away Erin introduced herself and let us look around with no pressure of hovering over us. She answered any questions we had and it was her outstanding service that won us over. The process was so simple and Erin kept in touch with us over the last few days regarding our interest free application. If We are ever in need of another lounge will definitely be seeking out Erin for her help. Thanks again, we are so happy.

Michelle was very helpful and friendly. Also very sweet. She gave my daughter a Plush toy dog after she tripped over and hurt her knees. The fluffy dog and big oversized stuffed dog in the store had her smiling through the tears and we were able to decide on a sofa to purchase. We had looked at several before selecting one from Plush as they had exactly what we were looking for. Although we only realised what we wanted after visiting Plush.

Jordan provided us with excellent service, very knowledgeable about the products and assisted us to find a sofa to fit our room. Store had good quality products, friendly staff and easy to shop.

Erin from Osborne Park WA Showroom provided us with an excellent shopping experience. Erin was full of knowledge, served us with great humour and patiently talked us through the different configurations and price options. We definitely recommend the staff at Osborne Park WA Showroom.

The service by Lyn at Joondalup was fantastic. She was able to help us design our couch configuration and get exactly what we wanted! After going to numerous other stores we were very impressed with her attention to detail.

The store would benefit if more effort were spent in creating more engaging settings for your sofas.

I am pleased with the design and quality of the products I can see.

A little more attention to detail with the correct items on the quote would have helped me ordering the product online via my account, I was unable to change the left and right online as it was incorrect in the quote.

Online sales rep was helpful and clear.

Lyn Thomason who served us was polite, non pushy, knew the product we were interested in purchasing and went out of her way to make sure we had all the relevant information prior to making the purchase decision

Excellent well priced quality products. Found just what we were looking for and Erin’s knowledge of the product together with polite efficient customer service is the reason why we are return customers to the Osborne Park store. Looking forward to receiving our sofas.

We felt we received good value but what was one day left at the special sale price, after purchase reverted to another week. Apart from that it was a satisfying purchase

Rodney was very imformative about the features, fabric and pricing and then left us alone towander through the store (which we loved!). He was very willing to answer any questions and provide us with his expert advice.

Found the Midland store to look very clean and classy with good quality couches along with friendly informative staff. The 50% sale was an added bonus. We purchased a couch. Thanks Plush.

Larry provided us with great, friendly service. Showed us the options to suit our area. Would highly recommend visiting the Myaree store and dealing with Larry. We now are waiting for our delivery of our new modular couch.

Received friendly and helpful service today from Claire when buying our new lounge. Answered all questions well and pleased with the outcome. Looking forward to it arriving for my new home.

Rodney was extremely professional, patient and helpful guiding us through the decision making process to ensure we got exactly what we were after. The range of sofas and fabrics/leathers was excellent and the price was great. Thank you.

The sofa was displayed well and Rodney was most helpful in explaining all of it’s features. We were very pleased with the reduced price and we checked nearby furniture stores for comparisons. There was nothing of comparable quality or value. The sofa will be available at the end of the month so I’m hoping that delivery and set up will be as good as Rodney’s service at the showroom.

We had been looking for couches for some time both at Plush and other stores. In the end we made our decision after great service from Natalia at Osborne Park who explained all the options clearly and concisely.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. A great range of lounges, with a great range of fabric options available to view. No pressure sales, just good old fashioned customer service
