Exceptional customer service by Sam, the Store Manager at Nunawading. I rocked up right on closing time desperate to purchase a mattress. Sam talked me through all the options to make sure I purchased the perfect mattress for me and spent an extra 45mins to allow me to do so!

Fabulous, friendly and attentive service from Store Manager Deb. Was unsure on what I wanted, but after a number of lay down tests with discussions, and Deb ensuring the fit was perfect, I purchased my new mattress. Quick and easy transaction and mattress delivered in 5 days. Definately the right choice in mattress and also the recommendations on pillows was spot on ! Super Happy.

Went to the store to get advice on a new Queen bed and had wonderful service and advice on what would best suit our needs. Janine asked us a lot of questions about what we were looking for, whether we had any back problems etc and then showed us the way the different mattresses are made. We then tried out several beds for over an hour and there was no pressure to buy during the time. Once we decided what would best suit our needs Janine confirmed that our purchase was what would be best for our sleeping habits. Since the bed was delivered as agreed and set up some 7 days ago we could not be happier with our purchase to date and it is good to know that if we are unhappy with the mattress over the next 12 months we are able to change it.

Michelle was super polite and patient with me and helped me find the perfect mattress topper and then delivered it to my door for free saving me $75. I am a very satisfied customer thanks to her!

We purchased a king size mattress a few years ago. It has 5 zones and as such being a short person ( I’m 5 ft 1”I could not get the zones to fit in to my body. I found it uncomfortable.
We persevered for 2 years with the mattress as my husband found he slept alright on it.
We went on holidays for 3 weeks and when I came back every morning I woke up feeling like I needed to go to bed, my body was exhausted from the bed and not sleeping comfortably on it.

We have put it in the spare bedroom for visitors & purchased a mattress from somewhere else.

The whole process was really easy, and I can say, after sleeping on the bed for four months, that some mornings, I just don't want to get out of bed at all!

We went on the weekend to the amazing Nunawading store and was attended to by Robert. He was absolutely fantastic and had a world of knowledge regarding these incredible beds! He wasn’t pushy and let us have our own time to think about what was best for us. We will definitely recommend Robert and the team to our family and friends!
