Im actually happy with the internet and the customer service. Besides the fact no-one has called me back after 4 days. Anywhoo we are somehow using ludacris amounts of data even though all we use is Netflix and facebook on our phones. With 60gbs was told we had already used half of our data! Netflix can't be unmarred as advertised.

NBN connection and the time frame was less than a week and it was done. I’m satisfied with the service and support.

Had to leave Skymesh reluctantly after being with them for 5 years on Satellite only because I couldn't get enough data and have just rejoined after being eligible for Fixed Wireless and am very happy to be back. Service was great, connection was done promptly and is excellent quality/speeds. Customer service was great as they started the ball rolling getting on NBN Fixed Wireless. Would definitely recommend to others.

Needed a VOIP number change, due to cold calls, now unlisted, prompt concise advice and prompt execution. No security dramas or service fees.

Charged me for a FULL MONTH service that I told them will be unused.
Because "I didn't tell them a full 30 days earlier"

I made multiple attempts to contact them on time.

- I called and got nothing but static

they COMPLETELY ignored the emails saying the above. 3 times I mentioned it.

I have reported this to the ACCC and Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman.

We asked for a NBN fixed wireless account to an existing installation. On the air and with higher speed on one afternoon. Jackson was very helpful, clear and followed up as promised. Very happy.

We have been a customer of SkyMesh for many years however just had NBN fixed wireless installed. Installation was quick and was working the very next day. I can't believe how fast the speed is! Can highly recommend it.

I recently connected to NBN fixed wireless with Skymesh. The farm is located in Beeac Victoria. The installation was quick, 5 days after I ordered the service. Installer arrived on time, clean and achieved amazing speeds for my rural location. Plugged the D link modem I ordered through Skymesh and had instant internet. I’m very happy with the service Skymesh has provided, I spoke to a real person and received real service. I wouldn’t go with any other provider.

Far out of touch with technology...obviously. Continuous drop outs, -and no downloads due to time out.

We have a farm on the coast near Wilsons Ptromontory.We have been Sky mesh customers for several years with a satellite dish which provided very good Internet reception. Technical advice was readily available when I needed it. We changed over to Broadband yesterday after speaking to techs at Sky mesh about the best router for our needs. The Internet was up and running immediately the Broadband technician finished his work. We will continue to use SkyMesh as our Internet provider. Our second farm house be connected in the near future.

This is the best internet service provider I have ever used. Customer service is responsive and great. Very flexible plans and no lock in contracts. You can even upgrade your plan in the middle of a billing cycle if you need a little more data. Just great. Would 100% recommend.
