Excellent customer service. Reliable connection, during the years we've been on it, we only experienced 1 or 2 lost connection and I think it was a system outage or something.

Great service, helpful and persistant.
We recently applied for fixed wireless after failing a test some time ago we thought we would try again.
Skymesh were excellent and persistent with NBN to get us re-tested. Skymesh customer service was good and although a couple of times I had to wait on the line it was not more than 5 minutes. Unfortunately the second test failed but the installer this time checked another couple of sites for us on our rural property with no luck. Fixed wireless sucks
$95.00/month for 50/20 plan.
They connected me, didn't explain how I needed to setup my router. I had to call them to get the info.
I'm only getting 10% of the speed which is 5mbps.
Prior to connecting I asked if they could guarantee speeds and they said should be able to get at least 25mbps.
NBN is a waste of money.
IMO go with fiber or adsl2. Don't even think about wireless.

Started well but goes down hill rapidly - customer service is non existent.
When NBN became available in my area I did my research about who to go with and Skymesh came out on top. I had a fixed wireless connection with Skymesh from the start and all worked well and customer service was great until i started having speed issues (Upload faster than the download; 3-6mbs download on a 25/5 connection). uld tinker with the settings - Not once did they ring back. They never ring back when they say they will and left me hanging multiple times with no call back or support. Connection was that bad it would not even buffer a youtube video. The best bit though is if you complain about the service and speed they simply cancel your connection. ked to record line speeds over various times and then report them back so it could be escalated to NBN- (which i was doing when the contract was cancelled). The complaints I made were about speed but also about the lack of Skymesh responsiveness to support requests and the failure to call a customer back at an agreed time - this happened to me at least 4 times i can remember. The drop in service speed and difficulties in getting back to people can all be resolved if Skymesh took the time to inform people of what is happening instead of just leaving it to chance and side-lining support requests.Similar opinion? Excellent, cheap and no problems.
My NBN connection is very good. We've chosen a cheap plan it it works well. Easy to buy more data if needed. Customer support is a little slow but at least they have a call back option so you don't wait on the phone for too long.

Very happy been with them since the NBN trials a few years back
We have NBN and have no contract, opted for the slowest speed which is actually still quite fast and the price is much better than any other competitor. A couple of times have gone over the limit but they just throttle until the month finishes or we can buy additional blocks of data dirt cheap - won't be changing any time soon!

Only slow time is during major thunderstorms. Otherwise fast and reliable. Staff if needed have always been helpful. I have NBN wireless.

Reliable accessible helpful
Set up process for our NBN went smoothly after initial delay caused by address mixup on NBN's behalf.
Our connection has rarely dropped out.
I am extremely satisfied with support I have received from Skymesh staff on the few occasions I have needed to call them.
You immediately speak to a person. They are helpful and professional.
It is great not to endure several minutes of pushing menu buttons & all the frustration that process entails only to be connected to a call centre employee offshore.

Why choose SkyMesh?
It's an Australian company operating in Australia. It's staff are friendly, courteous & extremely helpful. Great NBN service from the get go. Great connection, never experienced any drop outs, lag or slow speeds. Only downside is that i'm moving & SkyMesh is not available in my new area otherwise I would be relocating my service.

Love no contract
I have nbn it and was easy to set up the connection is very reliable not too many drop outs the provider has good support but would do better to offer 24 hour assistance also i would like an unlimited plan so i dont need to worry about usage. I am very happy with the provider though.

Just what I need!
My small NBN plan on SkyMesh is perfect for me, un-metered Netflicks & 30gig is all I need and it never fails me. I don't have to pay for loads of internet I will never use! I love it!

nd backhaul links progressively this year, and it can't come soon enough for us. We find that School Holidays significantly affects speeds on Fixed Wireless in areas where there's not enough tower capacity. Great help
I have to thank Sky mesh for finding out that I could get fixed wireless nbn at my property, after being told by nbn that the service was not available, michel Rayburn contacted them and gave me what I term a conection number .
That now has been confirmed and the conection process is under way .

Customer service is dismal.
I was with skymesh for years. fixed wireless NBN. it was great, when it worked.
However, any time I had an issue, it would take hours and hours..... (longer wait time than centrelink) to get hold of customer service. one time I called at 4pm, and was on hold for 4 hours, waiting.... and when it got to 8pm, I was given an automated message, telling me that I had called outside of their operating hours, and to call back the next day, then I was cut off.

I am done with Skymesh - among the worst customer service I've ever experienced
I’m now officially done with this service provider, their poor communication, and their lack of customer service. I will be calling the accounts department first thing tomorrow and cancelling my service.
For prospective customers – either you will never have issues with your service, and as a consequence will love Skymesh, or you will have some issue with your connection and find out how poor the service Skymesh offers is.

Give us an update on your 'out of date' update.
No NBN Fixed wireless connection via Skymesh since 11am yesterday.
Sure there is an advisory on their website but it has not been updated for the users in the Gympie area since it was put there 16hours ago. Just last week I suffered 2 days without Skymesh connection for no apparent reason and here we go again. Please give your customers an ETA on a reliable resolution. That is not too much to ask.

e not seeing the updates, can you please clear your browser or swap to a different browser. Here's the latest ... We are aware of an issue affecting NBN Fibre and Fixed Wireless services in the Gympie and Bundaberg areas. The issue has been traced to a fault with a Telstra Wholesale backhaul service from Bundaberg to Brisbane. Telstra Wholesale has been working on the issue since yesterday and have replacement parts on the way. They are expecting the parts to arrive at the site at 11:00 am today. Hey Brian, all our plans come with free setup and a free standard installation. Your first bill is just your chosen plan, plus a Wifi router if you opt to purchase one. I checked a few addresses in baffle creek and they were serviceable by Sky Muster satellite, but to accurately ascertain service availability at your property for Fixed Wireless specifically, please call our friendly sales team on 1300 759 637 and they'll be able to confirm this in minutes.

I already had a Skymesh satellite and needed it replaced because of the nbn. Telstra was not an option for me as they only do it through your mobile phone connection and I have poor, intermittent signal at home. $119 was all I paid for a new wifi router, everything else for Sky Muster was free.
