Thanks to Marc Del Mastro, our New Home Consultant, our experience so far organising our new build has been excellent. Communication has been clear, swift and he's been very tolerant of our many questions and design changes, replying with new costings very quickly. Our experience at the Edge studio was just as good, where plenty of help was given to us selecting colours. We found there was plenty to choose from, even from the included items, which was a relief. We look forward to the next step.

My partner and I have recently begun the journey of buying our first land and building our first home through Burbank.
The process thus far has been streamline and stress-free thanks to the help of our New Home Consultant Karly Tirado, who has been there to help us with our 100 decision changes and a million questions as hesitant first time builders.

It has been really comforting to know we have someone local and trustworthy to help explain all the details to us. All the options were laid out to us and explained. Costings were organised and quotes generated in a timely manner.

So far everything has been really great - here's hoping the build itself is just as pleasant as the prep work has been.

My cousin’s house was built by Burbank and English was not his first language. As a result, I had to help him throughout the process. With the support of Dani (Senior New Home Manager) and Tim (Building Supervisor) I found them easy to deal with and quite reliable. Thank you.

we have had the 6 months warranty check months and months ago but nothing has been fixed. I have sent multiple emails to follow up the things that weren't on the checklist (eg missing dimmer in master) and the least you could do was to acknowledge receipt of the email!

Cacie is very confident in giving advices as to which colours to choose and alternative options available. Cacie will list all available items that need to be attended to and upgrades that are available at an informed costs in no time. Her friendly approach makes time well spent and things get done without hustlez

We recently completed a build with Burbank. My wife and I found the whole process seamless and the end product exceptional. Our Construction Manager Ash did an amazing job, ensuring that all our needs were met and the end product was of the highest possible standard. Burbank completed the home efficiently and well in front of the projected completion date. I would highly recommend Burbank.

We had a great experience with our build with Burbank. Had the pleasure of having Michael Wesley looking after the overview of the site and are really happy with the result. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner, any questions or issues/hiccups were handled quickly and any delays or problems were relayed with a solution already worked out. Didn’t expect a flawless process but Michael On site and Lisa in the office made everything easy for us. We have had a few things claimed under warranty after moving in but again this has been dealt with quickly and professionally.

Very professional and cooperative people. Overall a good experience of building our Home by Burbank. The only problem was the site supervisors changed 2 times during construction. We requested variations in the pan even after the contract signing which were taken into account by the New home coordinator Danielle Riosa and were done without any extra charges which are great. She is really professional and has been very supportive throughout the building process.

Overall cant complain some small issues but the build went smooth and was kept up too date with everything. Danielle my Coordinator was excellent as was Michael my supervisor. Thanks again for all your help :) couldn't ask for a better team then you too much appropriate thanks you once again.

Just been to Burbank Edge studio for colours and me and my wife were really pleased the way Juliette and NAT displayed their utmost professional conduct while also being great advisers during the course of selection process. Burbank has great collection of designer materials and products. I hope I will have similar experience during construction phase as well.

Though the process took quite long than expected, we are still satisfied with the service. We understand that sometimes the council may delay the process due to technical stuff, however Burbank homes always keep us updated and ensure that they will follow up with our request. The design selection process is very enlightening as we learn a lot on how we can get the best and most practical solution to our family needs.
