Wrong colour chair delivered Have been trying for 8 months to get right one. At least 5 emails and 2 telephone calls to concierges. Promised to fix problem but no return calls or emails. Worst experience I have ever had with any company.
After purchasing the Monaco Coffee Table back in May of 2021, we were told both in person and via email that our coffee table would be delivered within 6-8 weeks. Read more promised another date of delivery, a date and time organised (of which I had taken off work for the day to be present for the delivery) and no one showed up! Spoke to head office again and the order was rescheduled for another time with no apology or understanding for the mess around they've caused. The Client Operations Manager, [Name Removed], has no understanding of client relations and rectifying a terrible customer service experience, instead just passes it off as 'a difficult time' and doesn't return emails. For a 'luxury brand' the service, experience and all round poor communication means we will not be purchasing from this brand EVER AGAIN. Take my advice and save yourself the trouble, go with another brand!Had we read the reviews, we would hv never went there in first place. When our order was delayed they very conveniently blamed it on the sales girl saying she's new and not aware of the company policies. Sadly after waiting months for tables to arrive now its weeks before they can be delivered….had I read the reviews before I purchased the tables I would never have purchased from Coco Republic! Extremely disappointed!

Order delayed for months and months - no contact. I keep having to call to ask where it is and each time get a rude email saying “covid not our fault”. They keep promising next month but don’t even have to the curtesy to keep me updated without me having to contact them. Overpriced rudeness.
Couch was delivered wet, water stained and mouldy. Contacted coco republic by phone and email. Have been told they are busy and will contact soon. Still no contact over a week later. They did say to use the couch as if it is our own!!
They don't answer phones when you need them and never ring back on the call back option. was told 4 weeks wait on outdoor chairs, 8 weeks later they tell me that it will take an extra 5 days to deliver. Happy to take our money but does not deliver the gods or the service. Delivery guy was very good.

Bought the Rawson Bar cabinet, never buy from this company!!! Disgusting customer service!!! The concierge don’t answer calls or call back, the date for shipping is pushed out every month without any communication to the customer, 3 months and still waiting on the cabinet with not even one email or phone call, if I could give minus stars I would!!! I recently bought an expensive ‘vintage’ rug from a brick-and-mortar Coco Republic store. No provenance was provided for the rug, only the breezy assurance that it was handmade in South Asia and that it was very old. Worse, though, the shop staff could not tell me what it was made from, nor could they provide me with sensible, detailed care instructions. They insisted that the rug could only be dry cleaned. When I took this up with the store staff, the responses came down to conceding the rug was not colourfast, and that it could be damaged or destroyed in cleaning it, but that ‘the type of person who buys these rugs know this’. I took issue with the sentiment. It is a rug, not an aspiration or a museum piece. When I pressed them for specific cleaning instructions, the store manager insisted (somewhat discourteously) on refunding me despite my initial protestations. Without proof of provenance, it cannot be assumed that the rugs are actually that old or authentic. And, without such proof, it cannot be assumed that the rugs are ethically-sourced. It may also be that the rugs are bleached as part of the cleaning, shaving, and overdye process. If so, this would shorten their potential lifespan considerably. I wasted considerable effort and time in buying and returning the rug. But, what offended me more was the apparent indifference to what I thought were not unreasonable questions, and then the store manager’s retreat into pretensions. It does not help that Coco Republic does not seem to have a customer service / complaints process, so that individual staff (or stores) can be circumvented. What added insult to offence for me was that, after numerous frustrating email exchanges, I went into the store to talk things through only to find my rug was still being used on the shop floor. This was almost two weeks after paying for it. When I raised this, I was told that the ‘as is, where is’ form that they had me sign at the time of purchase (a copy of which was not provided afterwards) apparently included a term that items purchased remain for store use until delivery. When I expressed doubt that this is really consistent with Australian Consumer Law, I was told by the store manager that, as the sales staff are female, work health and safety obligations meant the furniture could not be moved to take the rug up, and that it would be so until the male removalists came to collect it. I did not bother pointing out that the same furniture had been moved (and presumably put back) by the same staff when I was wanting an unobstructed view of the rug two weeks earlier. It seemed to me they simply did not want a bare floor until new rug stock arrived. I have been a supporter of Coco Republic for a few years, but this experience has turned me off of it. Thousands of dollars worth of furniture ordered, Horrific experience ongoing NO Customer Service works!
I am absolutely mortified with the experience of dealing with Coco Republic. Over the last six months I have spent many thousands of dollars, almost $20k.
Delivery company would not deliver pots through my front door even though the measurements were no problem at all. It was torrential rain in Melbourne that day. They were too lazy to even try. I have since tried to contact Coco Republic which is now three weeks ago. (Positive Update) After managing to speak with Coco Republic on the phone and in their store, we now have our missing chair and dining table.
We ordered 6 dining chairs online. Delivery was scheduled and they only delivered 5 out of the 6 chairs. The delivery company (Designer Transport) then said they would follow up on the missing chair. I ordered an outdoor setting in March. Told the consultant I would pick up myself because $400 delivery fee was absurd for 3 x outdoor chairs and a coffee table. The consultant still added the delivery fee to the quote, which I then had to call and delete.
Was advised of 12-14 week wait from order time to delivery. This equated to mid July. As time progressed was advised of further delays. Eventually part of the order was made available. Collected that (details of the most stupid pick up system since the dark ages will follow).

This company is definitely image over substance, with high prices for substandard and poor quality goods, and we now realise some environmentally damaging items. This company has clearly misleading descriptions in their advertising and like so many of the other reviews, once they have your money they pay lip service to customer service; full of promises and platitudes that are soon found out to be just like their advertising, misleading.

I Ordered and paid 50% deposit for a dining table in June 21, with delivery to be in Early September. Table did not arrive and no one contacted me. I emailed and was told I had to wait another 3 months. The lounge rug we bought was so expensive but its just useless. It gets dirty just by looking at it. It's looking tatty after only 6 months. You can't get it wet. It's just useless.
They had it nicely displayed in the store, on the floor, set out like it's in an actual lounge room. But it's the most impractical, stupid lounge room rug ever. We've rung the store to complain, but they don't care. We told them how dirty is gets, so they said we should only walk on it with clean feet.

We have bought from Coco Republic previously and spent a lot of money with this company. Therefore, we felt confident ordering a coffee table online. Upon receiving it, it looks very different to the image on the website and we want to return it - it is not what is pictured and not what we want. I have purchased $60,000 worth of furniture and have received the worst customer service. We ordered a Nest couch ($26k) which we can not sit on or use as the dust coming off it is horrible. We have 2 dehumidifiers constantly going in the lounge room that show red with the amount of dust particles in the air. I constantly get the run around from different departments. They have a 1300 number that is never answered. I had questions about my delivery for my other remaining items however can never get anyone to talk to.
Ordered an in stock coffee table on the 17th August.
After multiple calls & emails to customer service all I get is excuses saying that they are under staffed & having computer issues!
I’m still waiting a month & still no goods!
Not worth the stress, avoiding dealing with this company.
I ordered 1 three-seat sofa and 2 single chairs online. Before I received the goods, the price of these goods has dropped by 30%. When I received the goods, I found that one of the legs of the sofa was broken. and missed a chair ,I contacted them according to the phone number and email address of the website. No one responded. They didn’t give a valid email until they found their physical store. Now they agreed to replenish the goods and change the sofa. It has been almost 2 months. I have not received the goods yet, and the price is now even lower. They do not agree to make up the difference, and feel that there is no need to apologize at all. Such an expensive price and such poor service are not worth it.
Purchased a $50 coffee table book from their website. NO order update after 2 weeks. Finally emailed them asking for an update only to be told this item was out of stock. Gee thanks??! Could have communicated that earlier? I was then told they would process a refund that would take 3-5 business days. 5 days passed and still NOTHING.
