Why Internode
Why do I stay with Internode? Their plans are similar to other companies but they have the best help desk by a mile. If I have a problem I want to talk to some one local, not some one overseas reading from a standard format sheet. On the few occasions I needed help the technical advice was accurately and courteously given immediately.

Perfect service as usual
My connection is normally very reliable but I had some trouble accessing my voice portal. On contacting Internode I received the usual courteous and helpful service from your team member. I am an elderly person and not always as tech savvy as I would like so sometimes have to be helped gently with instructions. Cannot fault Internode in this regard. Well done and keep up the good work!

yes had had one drop out the plug some how move to the wrong places it had worked the night before i went to sleep and i live alone so i do not know how it happened

The internet worked better before they forced us to go onto the nbn
I have experienced a number of dropouts that i didn't have to put up with prior to nbn. I think Internode is dealing with the problems as quick as they can, however maybe because the nbn have so much work to fix, it takes what seems like forever to repair..I think the nbn is not a good product

Cannot recommend enough.
Reliable connection and never had any trouble with Internode. Customer service is friendly, quick, easy to understand technicians and the service in general is second to none. A1 Highly recommend.

Great company to deal with!
Internode have always provided great service - unfortunately not many other businesses I could say the same!!
I would not go to a larger internet provider like the Telcos, prefer to support the local economy and jobs.

Migration to and first experiences with Internode NBN
The migration to internode NBN was seamless and very fast. It exceeded my expectations.
I have not experienced any drop-outs. The service reliability has been perfect so far.
The download speed has improved markedly compared with ADSL and is sufficient for my type of usage. I have not noticed a significant slowing down during evening peak hours.
The 100GB cap, however, is easily reached.
When I had a problem with sending e-mails that issue was promptly and adequately resolved.
On the whole a 9 out of 10 grade!

Did not notice a difference from having ADSL2
I may have misunderstood at the time when I installed NBN, but I was under the impression that NBN would be noticeably faster than ADSL2. I did not notice any change. Please note I don't have any issues with my current or past internet output, all I'm trying to say is I have a more expensive product with the same output.

I have always been happy to stay with Internode.
As a long term customer (over 10 years) I have always found Internode to be very reliable if a little slow at times. I really appreciate that their staff are readily available on the telephone to chat to and help you work through any issues that you might have. I have always found the staff to be very courteous and helpful even when it became obvious that the problem was of my own making, they still helped me to sort it out. Service is really important to me and I am happy to recommend them to my friends, some of whom have had a very different experience with their providers.

I am happy with Internode.
There have been occasional dropouts. The staff is always helpful. The great thing is, they offer a call back service so you aren't sitting on the phone listening to music.

It serves my needs to a tee, any issues I have experienced were of my own doing and your support team assisted me.
I have not experienced any drop outs.
I have one issue - that is a change you have made in your support team rules - When I had a complex problem I was originally able to let your team take over my computer remotely, unfortunately this is no longer available. For older dinosaurs like me it is a real disadvantage.

Very pleased
I have had nothing but difficulty with NBN. They have been unreliable, unprofessional and tardy.
On the other hand Internode has been reliable, timely. professional and friendly.
What I like most about Internode is that when you ring you get a personal and effective response every time.
Internode is customer focused and provides good value.

Happy with it
It meets our needs there are 2 of us we can run fetch tv, netflix, internet and we are happy we connect about 10 devices and it is quick enough we do not do massive internet downloads

Have not had any problems over many years
I have had an occassional drop out but once switched off for a minute it always comes back on. My mobile is through Internode and have a very good coverage.

Repair of NBN Service
I contacted Internode to fix a dropout issue I recently had. The consultant on the phone was very professional and friendly. A NBN contractor was sent out the next day and I was very impressed with his willingness to stay a while and do the job properly. He was very thorough with his work and repaired not just the NBN box outside but also repaired the cable over the road and installed new splitters at appropriate points in my house. I work from home so rely heavily on a sound internet connection, but I could not have asked for a better job. NBN is now working perfectly. Many thanks to the technician and Internode.

My time transferring to nbn.
Going onto nbn was a problem, I had no understanding why things were not working, but with the patience of your staff and a few hiccups, we are on and it is working well.

Reliability is the key feature of my connection
I had many issues previously with ADSL as I live in a "black spot" and although Internode tried to fix it, it was not possible to do so unless with great expense. NBN "changed my life", a trite comment, but I being able to connect with a reliable service, not necessarily fast because I don't need it, but being sure that it would be there when I needed it was very reassuring and eased my connection stress.

Great service (offered by great company)
I haven't noticed major issues or dropouts since I transitioned from ADSL in 2017. Netflix works well at this throughput. Love Internode, been with them since 2013. I'm based in Adl.
