My trip to King living was rather unexpected to be honest. I am a local and knew of the stores presence but never went in to have a look at the products.

I went in and was greeted my Kahn who I later found out was the store manager. His friendly personality and deep deep product knowledge was really comforting and made me feel comfortable with all the questions I was asking. He was also able to give me recommendations on colours and styles based on my current setup at home!

The store was well laid out and genuinely a joy to shop in.

Sam and Moe delivered my lounges, set them up and took away all the packaging. They were very friendly and even took off their shoes at the door as it was raining!

Recently purchased a new lounge package from King Living Moore Park. When the delivery day arrived, was excited to get the phone call from Sam to say they were on the way. Sam and Moe were careful in unpacking and putting together the lounge. They took the time to explain how it could be adjusted and suggested some different configurations for the space. When they left, they took everything with them and left my place looking like they were never there - apart from the lounge. The highest degree of professionalism and so courteous. What a fantastic way to leave a customer to enjoy their new lounge. Thanks guys!

I had a new entertainment unit delivered to my apartment last week.
Sam and Moe were fantastic in problem solving the situation as we have stairs and the unit was heavy.
They conducted themselves very professionally and were at all times very respectful and polite. I would like to highlight that Sam was very good at directing Moe and giving him very good instruction.

We had come to the store having done our homework for what we wanted online. As soon as Maryanne saw us & knew we were serious customers she did not deviate & spend time with other customers despite many others also wanting attention. However she did acknowledge other customers requiring assistance. Maryanne was extremely helpful in the numerous questions we had regarding materials, colours, adding & accessories. The whole shopping experience, with 10 & 11 year old daughters in tow, was a pleasant one. We are still awaiting the finished product, so I hope our satisfaction with the end product matches our satisfaction with the service.
