We absolutely love our new lounge suite. The custom color we had made suits our home perfectly. The delivery service was professional and it was a great help to have the lounge set up for us. Very happy with our service.
Navigating the store to find what we wanted was easy. Customer service was excellent from the time we made our purchase to delivery, assembly and rubbish removal. Access was tricky with the large sofabed package and the guys were very careful, efficient and courteous.

We had a very bad experience with Lounge Lovers and we purchased number of items from Waterloo store second year in a row however we are never going back there. Showroom service at the time of purchase was great however it only went downhill from there. This year we bought dining set - table and chairs, coffee table and buffet table. At the time of purchase we were advise that dining table is available however not the chairs and we agreed to wait for our order to get shipped and scheduled delivery for well over a month from a date of purchase. ...
Read moreFirst issue was with our timber table which arrived broken in half, we had to wait for over a week for it to get replaced, once the second one arrived we noticed quality of it was very poor, not the same as we saw in a showroom, it looked like it wasn't finished and timber had number of little holes etc, it looked like it was fake timber. When we tried to assemble it we noticed how bad the "fake" timber was as it almost broke when we were trying to screw it together, very very poor quality, I honestly don't believe this is even timber underneath it. Now, over a month has gone by and we tried to collect our chairs ourselves to avoid any broken pieces however when we arrived we were told that there is only one chair available?? so we waited over a month for 1 chair? We ordered and paid for 4 but they only had one. We were told the other three will arrive in another months time. This is so disappointing! I do not recommend it to anyone.

Never regretted anything more than this purchase!!! Poor quality and appalling customer service! Not deserving of 1 star
Absolute Desaster from the beginning till the end. I have been requesting for the lounge to be returned and refunded, which has been declined. They are not willing to give me a acceptable resolution. Now I Have to take it to civil Tribunal. Poor quality in my opinion, I found the delivery guys to be rude and unprofessional (didn’t come with proper tools) appalling customer service! Never again!

Know better, choose better.
Loved the look of the product but BUYER BEWARE, bad delivery process, lack of quality control over the products, product not built to last and poor customer service (that's intended to land the sale but the customer suffers in the end).
Had issues throughout the process:
1)(Product- Buffet) Bought the Stockholm Buffet in December 2022 and it arrived on or around 20 February 2022 (after a few rescheduled deliveries, see 4 below). Found defects (attached images) on or around 11 March 2022 and informed LL on the same. LL claimed that it was not ...
Read more"defects" but "damages" and they do not wish to rectify it and remains unresolved. They also mentioned that it does not fall within their 12 months warranty that was spelt out under their terms and conditions.Given the price I paid on this product, I am extremely disappointed with the response by customer service. It was not possible for me to damage the product in that manner by way of use and common sense would have made it cleared from looking at the images.I also think it was "MDF" rather than "Oak" wood was used within the Buffer. The Product was also different from the images advertised, it has an additional black leg at the bottom of the buffet. 2) (Product - Dining Chairs) When I was making my order in December 2022, I was represented by the sales staff not to buy the sales item and it was better to place order on fresh stock as they will be consistent in quality and appearance. In my first delivery, 2 out of 6 chairs had issues. One had different patches of colours on them and the other could not be assembled. These were delivered during the second delivery. However, they redelivered the same chair with the defective colours. When asked for a replacement of the one with different patches, I was informed that they were out of stock and discontinued. Initially, customer service was reluctant with a refund but luckily I was well within the refund period. It was extremely disappointing that it was contrary to what was represented to me and I could purchased the sale product before making the order,. After a few rounds of emails and luckily I was I finally got my refund. It was nice of them to arrange for pick of the defective chair. However, a random pick up company was used (see image). That relevant person parked middle of the road and ran across the road to pick up the chair and ran back to the driver seat. Some of the dining chairs that I have used are now making weird "squeak sounds" to it as well but there is no point arguing with LL over this as they have discontinued the chairs.Very sorry for your experience. We are looking for sofa bed and the person who assisted us showed us all the options even though their about to close. We are happy with what we finally got.

I was sold a “sofa couch” by Lounge lovers. After 6 months the foam deteriorated so badly that the whole pull out section is unusable. You can feel the frame when sitting on the couch and when lying...certain parts sag excessively making it completely unusable as a bed (as advertised). The foam of the couch itself has also deteriorated rapidly- possibly the most uncomfortable couch I have come across. I alerted Lounge lovers as the couch and foam is still technically under warranty. They sent an “independent technician” who took months to come...
Read more and take a look. When the technician did finally come he arrived with no tools and literally just sat on my couch briefly to inspect it before leaving. Given the length of time and pushing it took to get someone just to come have a look at the couch, it came as no surprise that Lounge lovers “independent” technician claimed there was nothing wrong with the couch and Lounge Lovers refused to fix the issues. I paid a significant amount of money for a couch that has approx 6 months lifespan. Strongly recommended spending your money elsewhere!!! Hugely disappointed!Very sorry for your experience.
