I placed a deposit on a sofa bed from Nick Scali in Geelong when I went to pay the remainder of the cost in the Preston Nick Scali store the price of the display sofa bed in the store had reduced by $500. When I asked if I could pay the remaining amount using the current price the sales assistant said no.
I am happy with the product yet very disappointed with the price and lack of negotiation or consideration by the sales person.

I visited two Nick Scali stores before but the customer service in Preston was very good. I was given time properly and was explained in detail regarding different lounges in store .

The customer service people in store can do only pricing and issue invoice, this is just like like an online shop. When I go to an store to see the products I expect something more than what I can get from online shop. The store persons are not doing sales and customer service.

Me and my Fiance just ordered the Josie leather 3 seater. Alan the salesman was excellent to deal with made the purchase feel relaxed, but also a high-end experience at the same time. Very happy with service and quality of the Nick Scali Team and a BIG THANKS to Alan.

Bought a couch from Nick Scali in Preston, excellent service from Vipin while we were choosing the exact colour and fabric. Couch has been scheduled for delivery right before the new year, which is within the expected time frame.
