The store was very well set out and we were approached almost immediately every time we entered.

We didn’t realise the range in colours, thinking it was only the stock on show. The staff were very receptive and helpful, listening to our likes and suggesting couches to match. What we ended up purchasing was not what we originally went in to look at and we couldn’t be happier.

In uncertain times, staff were easy to contact and were very helpful. We assembled our couch and it was very simple.

Store was well set out and staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Furniture was delivered within specified timeframe and we are very happy. Staff would be better supported by management upgrading to a speedier computer system, as that part of the sale process was exceptionally time consuming.

The product took longer than originally told on day of purchase. No mention of the fact that I had to put the chairs together myself. I would have been happier if I was a least aware that the product would take longer to arrive than originally quoted.

We love the designs of your store. But the delivery date is too long . We ordered on November, till now still waiting for some furnitures. And what’s we got, there’s a little quality problems.

The Bendigo store was easy to locate and the staff extremely helpful. Selection of sofas was excellent and made in Australia. Quality appears to first grade. Fabric selection excellent and staff member assisted in our selection with great suggestions. Overall a great experience.

Unfortunately the store failed to notify me that my order had arrived at the warehouse 3 weeks earlier. I had to phone the store to find out that is had been there before Christmas.

I ordered a Kent 2 seater and a Kent queen sofa lounge needed for xmas visitors and both were delivered on time and without fuss and at a great price. The sofa bed was particularly heavy and the delivery guys did a great job moving the lounges into location through multiple doors. It was a stinking hot day which made the job harder and they also removed all the packaging and took it away saving me the problem of getting rid of it. And the lounges look great and a very comfortable!

The store is very well laid out. Both my husband and I really liked most of the styles of furniture on view. There was a good range of furniture which was also set off by appropriate accessories such as vases. The quality of furniture is very good and well priced.

Goods damaged on arrival - perhaps thy should be checked more thoroughly prior to dispatch.
