We were content. The store is always set up neatly and nice. I’ve bought items from oz design and have been content on all occasions. The lady was helpful and not pushy is how I like it. Only criticism is $100 for delivery which is pretty rich. I would be looking at other suppliers. Probably manage when you have more than one item on the same day. Usually $40 to $60 is more than plenty.

Was very surprised on quality, choices and staff. Would definitely recommend oz Design Furniture.My delivery come on time and staff was very helpful. Would like to take this opportunity to especially thank Charlie for his help and patience.

The process was made perfect because the salesperson was understanding, patient and knew their products extremely well. Quality and range of products was also good. Assembly say enough to do.

The assembly was ok it took three of us but didn’t take long, getting rid of the rubbish was a hassle though but given our current situation I understood they couldn’t assemble and take rubbish away.

The store was easy to get around and see all furniture. I was happy with range of stock. I’m very happy with the quality of the item I bought. I did not have to put the item together.

Once I sat on my sofa, I knew it was the one. Extremely comfortable and very durable. My sales assistant was very helpful and informative and created a sofa to suit my needs. It was delivered within the time frame and extremely easy to assemble. Very Happy.

Store laid out well in themes and easy to walk around without feeling overwhelmed. There was plenty of product range available and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the the furnishings . I found there were plenty of variations of styles to choose from and the store was not focused solely on the latest trends.

Ordered table and four chairs. Arrived at the store earlier than expected for pick-up. good service, and when assembled a good product. Highly satisfied, would be happy to recommend to others.

Sales person listened to me, took me to the item, all purchased with in 5mins. Store layout was great . Staff assisted me with another item but decided against it until I could visually see it

No problem with the order or delivery of a table and the wood is stunning, however, once assembled the table is quite wobbly and unsteady. It was quite expensive so I’m a bit disappointed in the quality of construction.’

We chose an inexpensive, classic retro lounge suite. Hard to choose between a couple of models! Well set out store, wirh friendly customer service. Our order was ready quicker than estimated. Win win.

We bought the Portsea TV cabinet as a one off show room piece so we took it home straight away. The staff were helpful and we even managed to get a coffee table that was labelled full price but when I mentioned that I'd seen it at 25% off the manager was able to match the price. We were very happy about this. The whole process was of purchasing and loading our van was super easy. Both items look great in our beach house, they both give off a very coastal vibe

This small cabinet looks great and is functional for storage of drinks gear or other - I am pleased with the purchase and it was good value - would definitely recommend it.
