Staff at Preston store were friendly and efficient as was the staff member from Warehouse l spoke to on the phone to organize delivery. Delivery was on time at eta.

Purchased armchair and ottoman last year, Silvana who was very helpful made it easy to purchase my mirror which came within the two weeks as promised. Looks great Oz design.

Silvana is just amazing! Took her time to show me an array of couches in my budget, and was friendly and patient! You could not ask for a better salesperson. The couches arrived earlier than expected which is an added bonus.

Received great customer service when in the showroom. However, once the purchase was made, we were beyond disappointed. Was told 6weeks for delivery of our dining table. It took almost 13 weeks. Every communication in that time was initiated by myself, never the store. Our chairs were not ordered as discussed, did not receive a call when our purchase had been delayed (it was delayed twice), never called back when they said they would and called the wrong number when asked to return call on alternate phone. So glad I still liked my dining table when it finally arrived. They did eventually try to redeem themselves, after about 4 phone calls and 10weeks of waiting. Thank you for offering to remove the delivery fee for the inconvenience

Every thing was first class starting with the Store assistance to the delivery, which arrived when I was told it would and the quality of the product. I am more than happy with my purchase.

We chose a dining table with a bench seat and 4 chairs, couldn't be happier.
We saw the table and loved it but thought would be too big for our needs, Angela then told us the table and bench came in smaller size so we were very happy. We had already seen the dining chairs (not actually matching) that we loved and Angela placed them around the table for us to see if it worked - and it did.
So we chose the table, a bench seat and 4 chairs. Very stylish and will look great in our new apartment. Delivery was quick and assembly was very easy.

We ordered extra chairs and we were notified in 4 days they were in the store. The staff were very helpful and found the item in the store, we were very satisfied with the service,

Really happy to find the dinning table we bought. The color and quality is really good. Also design is nice and practical. Easy to assemble and set up. Also delivery is very prompt and accurate.

The table is great and a real statement in our open plan home. It was easy to put together and is a solid, quality product. The staff were very helpful indeed.

Have been looking for a dinning table and chairs at furniture shops for a while. I found the dinner table and chairs which i purchased from the shop are the best no matter in quality or price, the service is quite nice as well.

I was looking for products for both our home and our workplace office. Staff were very helpful in showing me what was price appropriate for office and what I wanted for our home. After ordering, items were delivered within the time frames given. Delivery guys were within timeframe, polite and careful with the furniture.
We’re very happy with all 3 purchases and will go to Ozdesign first for any other furniture we need. In the end you just want to get what you ordered without issue and being Australian made is ideal.
They have a great range, all looked great quality. We needed to put the timber legs on a coffee table. Each leg was labeled and took no time at all. Obviously the best way to transport without damage.

Easy to navigate. Product range on trend and well made. Australian made is a big positive. Your staff at this store are attentive, approachable and knowledgeable. The delivery guys were on time, accommodating and professional. I moved away from the area but still choose this store as my first preference and make the drive.
