The customer services from Nunawading Store was absolute outstanding, we are very happy with the furniture we bought, the quality of the products look great.
The only thing I may say is that when delivery staff assembled the furniture they did not take the empty boxes etc, anyway probably will be an extra service could be considered by OZdesign.

when i bought my furniture no one told me that I had to pay extra ( beside the delivery fees $95 )to unpack and take away the cardboard. the driver told me that it wasn't he's job he only get paid $70 for the delivery service only. I would like to know what were the other $25 for.

I have bought lots of products from Oz Design over the years, but I feel like the service has definitely gone down over the period. There is no stock in Melbourne, so the minimum time for arrival is 2 weeks which seems extreme given it is coming from Sydney. I specifically picked a couch that was made in Melbourne to reduce the time from order to deliver appreciating the current delays, and it still took 16 weeks! Then when it arrived I had to scotch guard myself. Given the size of the Melbourne market it would be great to see a better service.

High quality Messmate round lamp table, easy to assemble.looks lovely and very functional. Perfect for the small area I needed it for. Excellent customer service at both Essendon and Geelong stores.

Furniture displays were beautifully arranged and helpful in seeing the range. Communication from the store was excellent and the quality of our timber and resin furniture is beautiful.

We had a extremely helpful lady Helen, who was very informative and knew what was best for our space, also we had furniture delivered and set up, they knew exactly how to put furniture together, so basically very easy process for us .

The assemblers were courteous and efficient. There was one screw missing when completed which we are waiting to receive by post.

The store was layed out perfect, with plenty of room to move around the store .

The store had a great range of products and we were able to see the Mango Creek range and compare with the Hamptons range. The staff were very helpful and willingly moved some of their products so we could see different ranges side by side.

Knew where the store was, found what i wanted, loved the range and the quality and our lounge was easy to assemble. So very happy lovely to receive great service that was friendly and knowledgeable and have a purchase go so smoothly!

I looked at the two items I was interested in and chose what I wanted. I’m very happy with the shelves I bought.

Delivery two weeks from order being placed

The table I bought was lovely though at one end the table top was split with about a 15 cms crack
The 8 wishbone chairs, 6 where perfect, two had gashes, exposing the wood, so I had to put black marker on them to disguise. Not perfect. Also the table is Tasmanian Blackwood, lovely but when I received it, it had come from Vietnam, very disappointing. It is hard to get quality furniture now and you won’t get it at Oz Design.

This is the second lounge suite setting that we have purchased from OZ Design and we have been very satisfied with each purchase. Our choice of leather colour being transferred from Sydney in both cases.

I purchased a piece of wall art for my living room and it looks great! Perfectly suits the room. Very helpful staff member too.

Ordered a dining table, chairs coffee table and entertainment unit all look great but the original coffee table ordered was lost in freight so changed to a different one. Overall very good quality product just held up for 3 weeks due to lost coffee table was picked up later.

Ordered 2 x 2 seat couches in NOV 2021. Arrived and delivered in June, however during the period of waiting I moved from a unit to a house, so the 2 couches were far too small for the new area. I immediately asked OZ Design if I could swap 1 of the couches and order a 3 seat to replace it, as the furniture was to small for the new area, as per the pic, I didn't unwrap the couch, and it had been in my home for 1 day. I was told they were unable to take it back, as it was now deemed to be second hand. I asked why they couldn't deliver it to someo...

The store had a large range of styles and we were happy to spot the couch we chose after trying many other stores. The couch arrived already assembled and was put in place by the delivery men.

The store and staff are great, the couches that I bought I am really disappointed in them. You really need to spend a day in store actually sitting on the couch as you would at home. The fabric is like sandpaper and months later is hasn’t softened. Don’t be afraid to sit on the couch in store as you would at home!
