Josh from the Alexandria store was super helpful with helping advice us on choice of couch, which module would suit us best and what fabrics. We came several times and he was very patient with us every time as well as keeping the sale prices for us.

Showroom manager was helpful, pleasent, patient and knowledgeable. She gave us time and options to consider over two sofas. Never once was she pushy. Made the purchase smooth. Very satisfied.

We had a great experience at Plush Alexandria, largely thanks to the wonderful and genuine customer services provided by Josh. He was very patient while we tossed up different sizes and fabrics. He was able to show us couches on the floor that would be similar in feel to all of the fabrics on our shortlist. He talked through the pros and cons of different fabrics, which gave us confidence to make this big purchase for our new house. He was even kind enough to tell us where we could buy one of the (non Plush) coffee tables from! Can't wait for our new Zara to arrive!

The staff in Newcastle were helpful and understanding while considering our lounge chair configuration.
We took samples of fabric home ponder.
On arrival, everything was unpacked, placed & the electrics put into operation and the packaging was taken away.
We are really happy with our reclining chairs and two seater lounges, they are beautifully comfortable, how lovely to put up our feet!
As well as that they look great, fortunately just as I hoped it would be.
We are happy with the quality, comfort and style.

Molly helped us find our perfect sofa at Plush Alexandria. She was casual and friendly in her approach (not overly sales-like) which was refreshing and gave us space when needed. She had an upbeat friendly manner, was able to answer all our questions easily, understood our needs and gave us the best deal possible on what we bought. Debbie and the other staff at Plush Artarmon were very helpful and patient while we tried to choose the right sofa/chair/ottoman combination, the right fabric vs leather etc. All the suggestions were helpful and good advice - thank you all!

When I first went in to the crossroads store, Lara discussed my needs and then showed me some options of sofas and fabrics. I was unsure of sizing, so, Lara suggested I go home with the brochures and dimensions and lay out towels so I could visually see the space. Brilliant idea! When I’d been able to see the “sofa” in my space, I was able to make an informed decision and I went back to the store hoping to see Lara. Lara was there (yay!) and needless to say, she was still as helpful as my first visit and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Lara to anyone looking at purchasing a sofa. Her knowledge and kindness was second to none.

We went to Plush Alexandria fo their 50% off January sale and were not disappointed. The selection was great and prices reasonable. We were served by Molly who gave us some good advice and generally did a great job looking after us.

We purchased our Hudson lounge from the Auburn store and found all the staff very friendly. Christine was so pleasant to deal with, we purchased our lounge and we we’re so happy with it, we went back a few days later for a recliner. Christine is very pleasant, helpful and knows her product. The store is very clean and well stocked. Delivery guys came on time and were very professional too.

I recently bought 2 recliner chairs from Christine at your Auburn store. I found Christine to be very knowledgeable regarding the materials and all your products on the floor. I received great customer
service as Christine was most helpful,no pressure,and gave me information on the different recliners

I have never received better customer service and support. Debbie is outstanding she saved me money and my sofa was delivered in two days from off the floor purchase. Alex the delivery driver as also outstanding.

I would like to thank Molly from Plush Alexandria for helping myself and my husband on choosing a sofa. We could not ask for a more courteous, patient,respectful and knowledgeable person to help us out. After searching for 3 months for a sofa which filled our needs and dealing with a number of salespeople Molly was a breath of fresh air to deal with. The Alexandria store is well set up with a great range of sofas to pick from. We are so pleased to have found a sofa which not only looks great but gives us the back support that we need.
