Went in today to get my 3D scan and I was greeted by a lovely staff, Melanie was the one that did my scan and she was awesome explained every step of the process and how everything works, highly recommended if anyone was thinking of going with them.

Very welcoming and informative, friendly knowledgeable staff. Happy and enthusiastic. Put my son at ease, asked appropriate questions, explained each process clearly. Casual but also very professional experience. Will recommend to others.

Chloe was really great when my husband and I visited her in Adelaide, SA. She was friendly, helpful and straightforward. No gimmicks or spiels. Great service! Am considering it’s only fair I get mine next, it was that easy.

Lots of information to follow within the next few weeks. I would have liked to try a sample liner rather than just hold an example just in case it was too uncomfortable to start the journey.

I went to smile direct club yesterday for my 3D teeth scan and it all went well. I got in high spirits that I would have a new smile soon. The process is good, great comms, and I would recommend the system. But today I received an email saying that they could not fix my smile. :-( So even tho I am sad about that, I do appreciate that they told me now rather than rock on, only to be really disappointed and poor 6 months down the track.

Team that attended to me was very friendly and knowledgeable. M & V made the experience memorable from the time I walked I. To the time I walked out. Felt I was in capable hands

Had my initial consultation today, had my 3D scan done and went ahead with my order. Received my teeth whitening kit and lovely lip balm to take home.
Am waiting to see what happens next.

Excellent service extremely impressed cant wait to get my new smile. I have an extreme phobia to dentist so to see there is an easier way without all the anxiety is very exciting. This journey will be amazing!!!

I felt the lady was reading off a script and was not at all personable.
She made me uncomfortable and she was Uninformative. I had to call to ask when my direct debit would commence after putting deposit down.
Felt quite rushed as well.

What is making you insecure about your smile.... assumption. I'm not insecure.
You have to pay today to get the retainer, so there is not way you cant qualify so why say that.

Can't wait for my new smile!
