As owners of a mattress from The Comfort shop for several years we needed to update our bed base. The consultation was made via chat and then over the phone. The product range content and videos online were great for reference.
David was extremely helpful and very particular making sure all details were correct. We purchased the bed base on Sunday at a great promotional price and we were sleeping on it by Thursday. The whole experience right through to delivery was hassle free and a delight! Very happy customers!

This shop supplies what it says on the can - Comfort. The beds are amazing, such comfortable mattresses and lovely simple bases. We've just bought a new electric bed set for our main bedroom, our spare room already has one and when we have extra guests we roll out the guest bed. So if return purchases are a sign of a good product - we're sold! Not only that, David has been great in terms of product knowledge and after sales service.

Both Ben & David @the crows nest store were great in assisting me choosing the right mattress. The delivery was good included unpacking and placing the mattress. I now enjoy the comfort at night for a sound sleep.

I bought a recliner from the Comfort Shop over two years ago. Their service at the time I bought was excellent. Recently, it stopped working as it should and the Comfort Shop were fabulous. Even though it was out of warranty, they came and collected it, took it to the workshop, repaired it, and returned it - free of charge. I am so used to getting bad service from organisations these days that this experience with The Comfort Shop was like a wonderful gift. Thank you, Comfort Shop - just fabulous.

It was easy to find what I was looking for on the website.
I purchased a Viva manual adjustable base in king single. I have found the quality of the product to be very good, and strong enough to support a natural latex mattress.
Assembly was easy.
Matthew in Brisbane went to a great deal of trouble to ensure I received the base in a timely manner as I was without a bed base at the time of purchase.

Bought this bed on line, salesperson very helpful. Diagram to assemble not very clear had to call twice. Disappointed in feature to lift bed head, I read and partner sleeps, I have to wake him to let bedhead down. I did question possible need to have separated mattresses and the requirement to lift bedhead fully to release was not explained to me.

Great experience. We purchased the Sports Latex Mattress and are very happy. Brad Daley was absolutely fantastic, very pleasing to deal with and has excellent product knowledge (unlike some stores we visited). Delivery experience was excellent. Bought the Sports Latex mattress for our existing Comfort Shop bed. We had a really good sleep the first night and there after. Soft where it’s needed but not too soft. We highly recommend this mattress.

We initially needed to replace a slat base within a timber bed frame. We also needed a new mattress. We were delighted the new fitted in the old with no issues. The staff were extremely helpful and installation took moments. We have since bought a second free standing bed again it was hassle free.

I needed to buy another slat base as my previous one was 15 years old and the rubber parts that needed replacing were no longer available.
I loved my old slat bed base from The Comfort Shop so much I didn't hesitate to return there to buy the new one. The quality of their slat bed bases is excellent.

Since purchasing and using our Ergo Electric Adjustable Base & Contour Visco Elastic Mattress we have both been sleeping a full nights sleep for the first time since many months. The staff at The Comfort Shop have been exemplary to deal with and we highly recommend them.

I've dealt with David at the Crows Nest store for eight years.
Mattresses and the wooden base are over the top comfortable.
They are great with product knowledge.
Customer experience has been great. When the mechanical portion stopped working, they replaced the entire base under warranty without a fuss.
They assisted in finding a bedhead that would fit the base. This included David coming to the bedhead store at nil cost.

We purchased a new king single bed with motorised base along with a leather lifter recliner for my mum, who is in her 80s.

She is absolutely delighted with her new furniture, which is incredibly comfortable and stylish.

The service we received from Ben, Matt and David at The Comfort Shop, Crows Nest was also 'A grade'. They kept us informed along the way from ordering to delivery, and were very accommodating when we asked to make some changes to the leg heights for the bed when we realised it was a little high for mum!

The whole process from beginning to end was seamless and stress-free. We couldn't ask for more.
