The colour section was terrible service, it's meant she look like does not want to welcome customer. She just want to rush us to collect and sign the paper work. I ask to sign the paper work tomorrow with electric she said No....., u have to sign today. We need time to speed our money in cridit corretly between color and electrical. I'm welcome to receive your explain. Why i can't sign colour and electrical at the same day. She make us hard to make decision. I want to ask, Are u gonna build the house tomorrow? For the electrical she has great service provide good idea and explain very well.

Rajneel and I attended the final cost meeting with Molly at Burbank. We were pleased with the way the cost got finalised and Molly was very efficient and approachable in her work. In this whole process of house purchase, it was really helpful of her to fit in extra rooms in the existing design. We were glad it worked out smoothly. Therefore experienced lovely atmosphere at this stage so far.

As a first time home owner, Preeti was lovely and helpful. She was honest and open to the budget i had. As its at pre-building stage im looking forward to seeing the production of my house and how Burbank are as a company. Thanks Preeti for your support it means so much to me!

I would like to take this chance to thank Chantelle and Ana, who's in the colour selection studio, for making the whole process so easy. They both are very helpful when it comes to providing suggestion to your new home and giving you many options to play with, making sure you get the design you like. I truly appreciate their effort and help, definitely recommend going with burbank if you're going to build your new home.

No support after handover,three month inspection and 18 month inspection is a joke.
Their inspectors are waste of time and ignore the problems mention in the inspection and won’t take any actions.
I have written emails to Maintainance team informed them about the issues Iam facing but no response.
So many brick work cracks around my home and they saying they will only fill cracks with the finger,and not actually filling new mortor to join the bricks cracks.
I really had enough,lucky I came to know how they work,I was about to sign the contract for my second house,now Iam looking for another builder..

Burbank Homes has been proactive in making sure we understand our pre-build commitments. Our home coordinator, Amy Lee, has been responsive with all enquiries we've had and been keeping us up to date of any progress in our home building plans. Great communication so far and looking forward to when the build gets completed

I had my colour and electrical selection appointment in edge studio and it was one of the best experience. Interior designer(Cacie) and electrical consultant(Ana) helped us a lot to choose the excellent colour and designs for my home!! I’m extremely happy with the way it is progressing and one more thing I wanted to call out is, in Burbank we had luxury to go and spend as much as time we want in edge studio on weekends browsing session!! Thanks Burbank for the wonderful work!!

We are yet to start building our family home but have completed our sales and colour appointment process and so far everyone we have encountered has been wonderful.
Our sales consultant, Molly Trapnell, was simply outstanding and her guidance and honesty was very much appreciated as we had to make some structural changes due to our irregular sized blocks. We can’t wait for our build to start and look forward to telling everyone of our experience with Burbank. We highly recommend!!

We visited the Burbank homes in Cloverton Display Centre. Loosing hope on any possibilities of building a house given our relatively tight budget. However, after stepping in and asking a few questions it was apparent that Burbank was approachable. Peter Panagiotidis was very helpful to us as well. Understanding the situation, and tending to our needs in recommending the necessary upgrades for the house we chose. He has tried his best to give us all he can. Honest communication between Peter and us so far has lead to a very pleasant and easy road to building our desired home.
Me and the rest of my family are very satisfied and are looking forward to working with Peter and Burbank in the future!

I recently completed the construction of an investment property in Mickleham. Burbank was picked because they had the design we wanted. I was really impressed by the professionalism shown by them specially by Danielle who handled all the admin work. Welldone Dani, Rob & Scott . Appreciate your work and hope the other departments also work the same way.

From the very beginning I had a good feeling about Arun. He has been open and honest, informative, with a gentle approach. We have never been made to feel stupid with the little knowledge we have. Arun has gone above and beyond, providing support when we needed it and has put more time and effort into us than we could ever wish for. It's clear to see Arun really cares about all his customers and this is more than a job for him. I would recommend Arun 1000% times over.

Sarina has done a great job so far starting the process of our house contract. She has been very helpful and proactive with our enquires, especially in regards changes to floor plan to help us build our dream home and allow is to get what we want in a family home.

1) 6 site supervisors been changed since my house build.
2( charged me premium price and crap quality material been used, 6 months into my brand new house, aircon doesn't work keep pushing me to speak with aircom company, still no solution is been provided.

3) misguided and trap me into contract!
4) not a friendly customer service, all they want your money once they trapped you in thats it !!!

Highly not recommend!!!!!

My land going to title in Feb next year,cost of construction is bit high as compare to my financial situation but I m totally satisfy with upgrade I m getting I that price, other things I can tell after completion of my home, hopefully I will get what I m paying for, thanks
