Never ever buy a mattress from FF. I bought one and it collapsed after 3 weeks. I called at least 12 times to no help
I should have sued. worst mattress in history.
Never ever buy a mattress from fantastic furniture.
When I moved into my apartment a few years ago I decided it would be easy to buy everything at once store. For the most part it was.....but I made the worst mistake. I also bought a bed frame and mattress. The frame was fine but the mattress was awful. I literally only had it 3 weeks and the strings in the centre collapsed. You could physically see the dip in the mattress it was so bad. I was in so much discomfort every night. I phoned the ...Read more
store (Osbourne Park) who were so rude and standoff with me basically saying it was tough luck. They made every excuse in the book not to take it back ave exchange it. First they said the mattress didn't go with the frame because it was a slat frame and wouldn't support the mattress.... which is total nonsense. But as they suggested I went out and bought boards to put between the mattress and base. Suffice to say that didn't work... I phoned numerous times asking and pleading to replace it ave every single time they said NO. They basically said it was me and not the mattress. This is total negligence and as I found out 2 years later actually illegal under the consumers rights. As I was on a really tight budget I am still sleeping, or actually not sleeping, on this awful mattress. I literally have to roll up sheets and place them under the mattress to try and even it out. But it doesn't.

Great service and purchacing experiance
Very happy with the instore service, prompt and knowledgable. The store is well set out into sections which makes it easier to view complete housing fixures. Very competative prices completed the deal.

Terrible service
I ordered an entertainment unit and asked for delivery. I found out at the delivery time that their crew didn’t unbox it and put into final location. They explained that it was their policy which I wasn’t aware when ordered. Secondly I was tricked about the refund even it was agreed on phone, but it was nothing mentioned about the “catch you” on delivery charge until I was tricked to showed up at store. poor customer service
bought 4 items and paid for 2 and 60% for remaining 2 items. kept me waiting for 33 days. i visited store 4 times and warehouse 3 times before i finally got the product. i will never recommend to anyone under any condition.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Called the Osbourne Park store to ask about a product that said it was only available "online". Unfortunately as soon as I mentioned "available online" the rude female employee (who's name I have) didn't even give me a chance to ask my question (which was about delivery timeframe). The lady continuously spoke over me and kept repeating that this was through the manufacture not them. I requested the manufactures number and she dismissed this saying she doesn't have - which I find impossible to believe.

I was transferred through to someone else who I vented my frustration to . I was encouraged by them to review online. Its disappointing that I have to come online and write a review to feel like my complaint is heard! The prices are just perfect!!
I am very satisfied with the products and the quality of them is just amazing as per the price. Im still waiting for my delivery of the products, so cant say anything about assembling them yet.

Flimsy furniture, don’t follow through with warranty and ignore emails. Horrible customer service
Furniture is flimsy, chairs broken just from sitting on them (around 60kgs) they ignore emails when wanting refund of the whole set. Don’t shop here.. save a bit more and get quality furniture, will last a lot long then this crap

Bad delivery experience and poor quality furniture from the exchange of the goods. The dining table got a rust on the metal bar, couldnt remove all the paper stuck to the legs, bar handle slightly an angle and one chair is rocky.

Appalling service
I would give no stars but HAD to put 1... Unhelpful and rude staff. Will take my business elsewhere. Staff were standing around chatting. Customers had to approach them then spoken to rudely. Sorry I interrupted your gossip session. Not a good look for the business

Unprofessional store service
It was not easy to find my ordered product. Following instructions on email I called to the store. Customer Service staff informed me to collect my product in their warehouse. Warehouse staff did nod find my product and told me to go to the shop. I was furious.

Great furniture / terrible delivery service
My son received a large delivery (Saturday 24th November) which he paid double delivery because of the size which was fine EXCEPT when the delivery arrived with only 15 minutes notice - there was no notification 2 hours prior as advised. The delivery men I hate to say it but were foreign brought the furniture inside after a lot of trying to tell them where to place the large items (beds, couch etc) while they were talking on there phones in a foreign language all the time. acked and the packing cardboard etc would be taken away for recycling. That did not happen. These guys were lazy and had no intention of doing anything other than get the furniture of the truck. Disgusting Customer Service
We were originally told the couch would take 4 to 6 weeks. It has now been 9. Have called the store several times. Told we would be contacted. No call back has ever been received. Even via email - stating that someone e would be in contact within 24 hrs. We have been lied to and still waiting on a call back and out couch. Shop elsewhere.
