We recently build with G.J.Gardner Helensvale and our experience with G.J.Gardner was terrible especially with their office staff and guy named [name removed] who believed to be a franchise owner if I am not wrong. We decided to use GJ because the word the sales told us: "we are not like other project builders, we are actually builders ourselves."
During the negotiation of the plan, just after one week, the sales resigned and we are assigned to a new sales. I have to say both sales are fairly helpful to me as a first time home builder.
