Our home coordinator, Amy Lee, has been responsive with all enquiries we've had and been keeping us up to date of any progress in our home building plans. Great communication so far and looking forward to when the build gets completed

It’s been a long journey for me but I would thank Tim from sales team Googong for providing us designs what we need and make it happen and Gemma from parramatta office for getting all paper works and DA approval done and both of you have fallowed up everything I have requested you guys,Thanks a lot for your assistance in this process until now. My place is about to start construction and I am counting on my Superviser Damian, Hope this goes smooth as well and I would love to share the pics from my house once completed.Please keep up the great work you guys are doing and you will see lots of people coming your way with their new home dreams.

Ash has been nothing but helpful throughout the early stages of this building process. Ash made sure we were satisfied and happy with the choice of our house and the layout suited to our needs. He was very helpful and easy to contact. Myself and my partner were listened to and Ash delivered.

We are very thankful to our sales consultant molly trapnell, her guidance from very first day is impeccable. As our block was in irregular shape and we lost money with another builder, But the day we went to see molly till now she did a great job explaining all bits and pieces which we didnt know as a first home buyer. Structural modifications as per block and as per our requirements we got everything we asked for. she did a beautiful job, me and my wife are so impressed by her skills. We are so happy with her services and will definitely recommend to all of our friends and family.

I had my colour and electrical selection appointment in edge studio and it was one of the best experience. Interior designer(Cacie) and electrical consultant(Ana) helped us a lot to choose the excellent colour and designs for my home!! I’m extremely happy with the way it is progressing and one more thing I wanted to call out is, in Burbank we had luxury to go and spend as much as time we want in edge studio on weekends browsing session!! Thanks Burbank for the wonderful work!!

We are yet to start building our family home but have completed our sales and colour appointment process and so far everyone we have encountered has been wonderful.
Our sales consultant, Molly Trapnell, was simply outstanding and her guidance and honesty was very much appreciated as we had to make some structural changes due to our irregular sized blocks. Had a great experience at the Edge Studio. Staff were very helpful and supportive of budget restrictions and our personal tastes. Highly recommend taking it upon yourself to research first and have ideas with photos and designs from display homes or internet searches so it makes the day go smoothly.

I am very pleased with the end result of my house and importantly with the people I worked with in Burbank .
It was my first build but Tim Mcgrath, Samantha Gorlin and Danielle Riosa made the whole process easy. Sam walked me through the steps and kept me aligned with details. Tim kept me abreast with the progress and articulated every milestone of the build. Danielle was very professional and guided me up to handover.

When reading the reviews on Molly we had to see for ourselves . When we first met Molly she was nothing less than professional at her job and made us feel very welcome the reviews spoke for themselves.Molly made sure that every thing we discussed with the houses that we are building was what we were getting and there were no hidden costs . We visited the Burbank homes in Cloverton Display Centre. Loosing hope on any possibilities of building a house given our relatively tight budget. However, after stepping in and asking a few questions it was apparent that Burbank was approachable. Peter Panagiotidis was very helpful to us as well. Understanding the situation, and tending to our needs in recommending the necessary upgrades for the house we chose. He has tried his best to give us all he can. Honest communication between Peter and us so far has lead to a very pleasant and easy road to building our desired home.
Me and the rest of my family are very satisfied and are looking forward to working with Peter and Burbank in the future!

Michael Wesley did an awesome job managing our build and would say if you are fortunate enough to have him as your supervisor you should know you are in good hands. Majority of issues were picked up by Michael and even the one or two that we spotted he was onto them straight away
