We paid a deposit a while ago for a bed. We were told to put down a deposit to secure a 40% discount, we were told the deposit was 100% refundable if we changed our mind. This was also on the invoice. We returned to the store about 4 months ago to request the deposit be refunded. We were told that the sale girl has left de rucci and taken the cash however they will check with head office and would be in contact. After many phone calls and emails we have yet to receive our deposit. Business is based on trust, this is on the verge of being broken for us... given how small the amount is...

I'm one of new customers from Alexandria Showroom, recommended by my friends to find Manager Esmee in the store, purchased Dining Set, still keep their massage chair in mind, thinking to come back once new apartment settle. The customer service was nothing short of perfect and couldnt have given a better experience. Even better then the first time when we bought our furniture about 4-5 years ago.

Personally speaking the furniture is quality and lasts with good upkeep but the main reason why I will go back is purely because of Esmee she accomodated everything that was asked and more. Couldnt have asked for better service.

The process was not taking long time based on our interests provided and Charles checked for us the detailed stock, booking, lead time, delivery ways etc. After the booking been raised, Charles confirmed all details with us about SKUs, payment and deliveries. All great.

The staff Ulrica is very friendly and helpful, she is very professional with all the products，and very patient with all the questions we asked. The mattress which mode number 9L is very comfortable. Overall Derucci is a very good choice of the luxury mattress.
