Terrible Customer Service
Purchased thousands of money on De Rucci for 2x Sofa and 2x TV units. Products are good but unfortunately they have managed to damaged our newly exposed aggregate driveway during the delivery. Manager’s behaviour was appalling! He was claiming that it may have done by other deliveries that day. I have park my car on the cross over to protect the driveway but they have asked nicely if they could park in the cross over to make it easy for them. I have allowed them to park in the driveway but O have told them that the driveway was new and not read...Read more
y. They have unloaded and unpack their products on the driveway. As soon as they left I have noticed that they have damaged our driveway and call the sales immediately. Manager came the following day to check and claimed won’t accept liability. Said it may have damaged by other deliveries. I have showed him photos to prove it, he then said it’s my fault as I have allowed it. TERRIBLE!!! Sales people are really good though. But after sales service was really bad. Exceptionally poor customer experience !!!
We had purchased a bedset inclusive of headboard and side tables. The order was placed in January 2022. Due to internal issues the items were only ready for delivery in late April - yes 4+ months ?!? In this day and age it is absolutely unheard of for an order to take this long to be fulfilled. Nevertheless we were forgiving with regard to the order fulfilment process as fortunately for us, we were not in a hurry.

eek old. The delivery driver had the audacity to tell us that this was already damaged prior to them making the delivery. I had chosen not to entertain an argument with the delivery company believing that DeRucci would address the issue on our behalf. Initial reaction was very supportive from the Castle Hill store indicating that we should send pictures of the damage and they will discuss with head office on next steps. The next day they had asked us to reach out to the delivery company directly as they cannot get involved between us and the delivery company. To add salt to the wound they requested that we prove that the damage was caused by the delivery company. I reiterated the point that the delivery company is a service provider chosen by DeRucci to make deliveries on behalf of DeRucci therefore they should deal with the dispute and not expect me to deal with THEIR chosen service provider. Based on other online reviews it seems that the issue of the delivery company damaging customer premises and the way it was dealt with by DeRucci seems to be recurring theme. To date they are not willing to intervene on behalf of us even after we have spent to many $$$ with them. An extremely disappointing and dare I say shocking experience. I would certainly caution anyone looking to purchase from this retailer to STAY AWAY !!!! It seems that their approach to business is: once they have your $$$ they do not really care what happens thereafter.

Top quality, smart products
I am impressed with the bed frame and bed sides purchased from DeRucci. Smart design allowing troubleless assembly from my personal experience. Easy attachable fabric cover that can be removed for washing. All washing accessofies (protective begs and belts) are included in the package. Flawless manufacturing - not a minor defect was found. And looks great!

my dinner table has flake/peel off in 3 weeks time
I've got some issues with the table, the table arrived a month ago, but there are some quality issues happening, there’s a bit flake/peel off. This happened last week, which is only the 3week that the table arrive. At first it was just a little dot, but now the size of that flake/peel off has become bigger, I’m afraid that it will go worse, and I don’t want this happen.

Amazing furniture and wonderful customer service
I purchase a dining set and a bedding set from De Rucci Auburn Showroom. The furniture there are absolutely amazing and great quality. The girl named Melody helped us with our choice, her suggestions are professional and very helpful. The furniture was delivered as promised and very well assembled. I would definitely recommend de Rucci Auburn Showroom for you guys. Wonderful experience!

Excellent shopping experience with Derucci Auburn
I bought my bed frame and mattress form Auburn Store, Appreciate for Jacqueline excellent and professional customer service, found the most comfortable mattress for us. We have used the products for a few months, Highly recommend.

Helpful staff, nice service
I am very impressed with the staff in Castle Hill DeRucci, the knowledge and sincerity is welcoming and refreshing. I went into the store just for a look, but Shannon's honesty and warmth has inspired me to DeRuccify my home.

Spacious parking area available, various furniture choices, helpful staff with good knowledge of how to choose the best mattress for me. Didn't notice this place before, but from now on, Alexandria Derucci store will always be my best choice!!!

Very Impressed
I am very impressed by the old sales team in De Rucci Qld. I was told that all 3 stores were sold to the De Rucci Head Office after my purchases late last year. Many new management people were involved. However my order was well handled by the old management team. I actually met the old owner in De Rucci Logan store last weekend. She and a new staff helped me with changes to my last order. I am very impressed by such dedicated services after the business sale. These guys are still around to help us .

Stay away from them - Horrible customer experience
I recently bought bed frame and mattresses from Auburb DeRucci store. While delivering, they made scratches on staircase wall. When I approached derucci about it, they say that it is delivery driver and they are not responsible. Does they understand that premium price we pay also includes customer service and delivery and they are responsible for everything. It was kind of rude on them. If I have hired delivery on my own, I would have dealt with them directly.
Is there any way I can report this.

Communication and Delivery is terrible - I can't comment on quality until I get my order.
Order Number 1015
It's now 24 weeks (just shy of six months) since I placed an order for a bed and mattress. I paid 50% deposit as requested and was informed at time of sale that delivery would be 8-10 weeks.
I've had to chase the store for information - originally Brisbane where I placed the order and now Logan - who seem to be responding to my emails
I'm told that my bed is in the warehouse - however the mattress is a "special order" and they can't confirm when it might arrive! I'm unsure about what is so special - it was a model they had to try on the floor of the showroom.
The store has offered to make a part delivery of the bed and a loan mattress (hopefully new) - If I make payment of an additional $1500.

Sleep is for weak, bad customer service
The manager in Logan store can’t speak English! Every time you asked her about their product or delivery she answers sorry i don’t know. The only thing worse than quality is their customer service.

Terrible QLD outlet customer services
The range of product looks astonishing . The salesman promised me will be delivered in 8-12 weeks. I made the purchase on 21-10-18 and paid in full. Never receive any notification or call follow up on delivery, Called the store on 17 Jan 19 all the salesman could say is will be ready in few weeks. I ask for actual date and expected date, but the salesman says can't be confirm. SO terrible.. How long do i need to wait again ?

High quality and excellent services
Everything is perfect. We love the furnitures we bought. The show room is nice and comfortable. We like the girl Nikki who works at Supacenter, she is friendly and very skilled at her job. The delivery boys are awesome, we like them too.

Excellent customer experience
Recently went furnitures shopping inside De Rucci (Moore Park) store for my new apartment. Was welcomed by Nikki and she had a really nice personality and down to earth approach to things. Nikki was kind enough to walk me through all the product lines and features and provided valuable suggestions for my specific apartment. She had the patience and willingness to go one step more to help me being the customer with pretty much nil furnitures experience. Therefore, I'm very grateful for her suggestions and assistance and without doubt, I would refer my friends and relatives to contact Nikki regarding all furnitures related enquiries. We had very good shopping experience in the new DeRucci store in the Gold Coast when Winnie the store manager came around to serve us, She was helpful and had given us good suggestions that suit my sleeping needs . She knows her products well and is efficient in handling the whole process of our selections and that had eased us lots of time . She was also patient in explaining the differences in the mattress and it had helped us understand what we should be looking for. Was very happy when my bed slate came and it looked fabulous.
