This was our fourth build over 47 years and from talking to the sales rep to completion the whole experience went extremely well. Wade our supervisor kept us well informed and nothing was too much trouble to get sorted, also the office staff were always helpful and very approachable,all in all very very happy.

We decided to build at a very sad time in our lives and had great support and advise at every step in process, from first steps to beyond completion . I cannot express that gratitude for that support, from office people, salesperson, supervisors and tradesmen, a great team at Wodonga office . Great job to all !

Our experience building our forever home with GJ Gardner in Ballarat, has been nothing short of brilliant! The entire team worked together like a well oiled machine to enable a trouble free experience with a magnificent outcome. We were kept informed and expertly guided through every part of the building process. At handover we felt that we should be giving the gifts to GJ rather than they to us.

This build was mine and my fiances first build. Heidi kept updated weekly on the progress of the build. Britt was excellent to deal with in regards to the floor plan and selections. Rod's communication was excellent, he met us at the site quite often to discuss the happenings of the build. All our questions were answered well. During the build we hit a couple of issues with our soil report which meant we needed extra footings put into the concrete, and the septic needed extra work. But these were at no fault of GJ, it was simply where we chose to build! We admittedly went over our budget, but again no fault of GJ, we made many changes to the original plan :)

We chose GJ Gardner Homes Riverland due to the solid reputation of the professional & friendly team in the Renmark office, combined with the high quality local tradesman. They guided us through the minefield of options available these days for all parts of the build, including colour selections. We honestly couldn’t have done it without them & are thrilled with the final result.

Salesperson was good and had good solutions to pre-building queries. I have had an ongoing problem with little interest or follow up shown by any staff to fix or check on it after some rectifications to fix it have been done. The roofing coy have been back 5 times to fix another problem. I will never use or recommend this builder again.

From start to finish, from the initial design consultation with Kane, right through to the handover with Peter and the team we could not fault one step of the process. Dave, our site supervisor was fantastic, as were all of the trades we encountered on the building site. Nothing was an issue, they always went above and beyond my expectations. Could not be happier with the final outcome, which is the home of my dreams.

we had a house built with g.j Gardner at north lakes Queensland our the person who looked after us was tony Lockland. Tony was excellent he helped us design our home with everything we asked to be put in our home example a bigger shower in the ensuite, walk-in pantry . also tony helped with land purchase of a block of land to put our home . tony is still in contact with us we have no hesitation in recommending tony lockland at G.J. Gardner homes at north lakes.

From start to finish the building of our new home with GJ Gardner Homes, Tamworth has been a fantastic experience. The Team have gone out of their way to make us feel special and nothing has been too much trouble.
The build was expertly managed and the workmanship and quality of all finishes and fittings is excellent.
Any small problems that arose were dealt with swiftly and expertly and without any fuss or cause of concern for us.
